I have been paying for Protocol for months without really using it, and after cancelling the renewal, I requested a refund in a polite and standard way.
Instead of a professional response, I received insulting and inappropriate messages from Kevin Radosevic (owner), including being called offensive names.
Regardless of any refund policy, this kind of communication is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this product.
