Great service and underwear. The underwear is quality I recommend buying psd.

For the past two days I have genuinely tried to order a simple item from this website, and the experience has been extremely frustrating.

Every time I attempt to make the purchase, the transaction is immediately flagged as fraud and denied. I first tried using my primary phone, which has all of my current payment information synced to it. When the purchase failed, I assumed it might be an issue with my card, so I contacted my bank. They confirmed that my card is active and working normally.

To verify that, I made a purchase on a different website using the exact same credit card and email, and the transaction went through without any problems. The package is already on the way. This clearly shows that my card and bank are not the issue.

I then tried again on your website multiple times. I adjusted my billing address to make sure it matched my credit card exactly, attempted checkout with different accounts, and even tried placing the order from different devices. The result was always the same: the transaction is automatically flagged as fraud.

When I contacted customer support, I was told it was likely an issue with my credit card. However, after confirming with my bank and successfully making purchases elsewhere, that explanation simply doesn’t make sense.

I have been using this company and related apps for years without any problems, which makes this situation even more disappointing. At this point, after multiple attempts and no real solution, my patience is gone.

Unfortunately, because of this experience, I can’t recommend purchasing from this website.

Ordered a digital gift card and they're telling me 2 business day since order hasn't processed. Giving 1 star is doing them a favor, company should be closed for such bad business, a total rip off

One star for prompt customer service responses, even once leaving the AI generated answers. I noticed my address was wrong immediately after placing an order and alerted them. I was told that they aren't able to cancel or change anything once the order is placed. I was excited to get the underwear I ordered as a gift, but an online shop that can't assist a customer less than 5 minutes after an order is placed? That's a change that PSD needs to make happen.

They told me to contact the shipping company, but how they set up shipping, they also aren't able to make any changes to the order. So I ended up paying for a pair of underwear that never got delivered to me.

ai with no brains behind it. Finally get a canned response from a human which did not address the issue. Cant speak to quality since yet to receive it. Read reviews that using mail innovations to deliver is a mistake! All true

I really would like to try them out, but They offer almost nothing in plus sizes and what little they do offer in plus sizes are just bland and unappealing.

initially, there was an issue with having the wrong shipping address on my order. I reached out to customer support and received an AI response stating that it would be updated and my address was good to go. I then later in the week received an email letting me know my package was ready to ship and I noticed it still had the wrong shipping address on the order. I reached out again to customer support and that's when they let me know that it was too late to update the order as it was ready to ship out. they offered to re-ship my order at no additional cost to my correct address. It was off to a rocky start, but in the end, I'm very happy with the customer service I've received.

Great designs and cool color coordination between the two, two packs. That's it for good.
I'm a well assed man. These are built for men who are "Normal Proportioned". Bought two packs of two pairs, washed between wearings, one pair already gave up the ghost in the second wearing. If you know what a run is in women's tights, that's basically what happened from the rear-center seam and the waistband. Too bad because that was the pair I liked most.

Psd sucks the website sucks and their customer service sucks. PSD IS TERRIBLE.

Was stoked, cool designs. Super uncomfortable and not even remotely durable tho, not what you’d expect spending like $100 on 4 chones.

Psd underwear suck there way to small there for skinny guys with no muscle tone. Worst of all there shipping sucjs took 10 days to getc1 pair of underwear then I reached out they was way to small got told the manufacturers printed wrong sizes on them so they sent me a free pair. It's been 8 days they still haven't shipped. Ridiculous. I would never order from them again

For how much they cost the time for them to deliver is inexcusable.

This by far worst place ever to purchase from .place order back in may have yet to receive items or review. Based off previous reviews and what i experience this is a scam reported to BBB as well

This company shipping and handling is so slow and the products so expensive. I seriously doubt pro athletes wear this stuff. I got, got buy cute. They have the coolest prints etc but the prices are insane $25 dollars for a sports bra $50 for an entire set. The boxer for women doesn’t even have a cotton gusset which makes these very irritating to my skin. I got hocked on a Memorial Day sale and started looking elsewhere for the matching shorts, bras were on sale for $7.99 and that’s what they’re worth. It’s July and my order still isn’t complete. They also never refunded me for 3 items I paid through afterpay. And I’m still waiting these boxer roll up my legs and the bras a large doesn’t fit but neither does the xl in the sports bra they also again roll up wear the band is. It’s been well over a month they offered to send me a free sport bra which really wasn’t free because I paid for items never received. I’m baffled but who these fit well you must have to be a hard body for them not to move and bunch. I really want to love these but the exchange process was also a nightmare I was so upset after another 10 days for the xl bras to feel as they fit too large so I’m just going to have to settle. I couldn’t imagine wearing these as a workout set. Anyhow extremely slow shipping, overpriced and overall quality is not there. Also not to mention what I wanted to exchange was out of stock. It’s kinda of all over the place. Customer service is there but I’ve yet to get a refund.

Within 6 months of my order all but 2 have ripped.

I ordered 6 pair of men’s boxers not cheap compared to other companies. They don’t stand up to the “ athletic wear made for athletes “ I work at a factory and wanted them for the longer length, I figured it would be a nice in between of the length of compression shorts but softer touch material, which they are but other than walking a lot I’ve done nothing in them that would cause them to rip. All 4/6 pair ripped @ the crotch area. over priced for how fast they had to get thrown away. I usually buy new boxers once a year but I still have some Calvin Kleins I bought 2 years ago and still love

I had to use a mail-forwarding service to get them in the UK; however, they were worth the time and money. I’m going to replace all my underwear with PSD. High quality; worth the extra.

I had problems with my package because UPS decided to drive past my address 3 times and then claimed I wasn’t home. So the package was sent to one of their stations and was considered as undeliverable. I never got a notice or anything, I reaches out to the customer service at UPS and never got an answer. Then I reached out to the customer service of PSD and talked to Ashley and I have to say she did everything possible to help me out! She was very kind and helpful and also replied very fast. I’m really satisfied with the customer service here!

Product advertised as a uniform, and modeled as a 2 piece set. Product sent was a top only. When I inquired where the other piece was, l was told they are sold separately, but they could give me 10% off if I wanted to buy the other half of the set. Customer service is none existing. All I get is sorry your wrong, and we can sell you the second piece if you want the uniform that was pictured in the ad

I ordered items during Black Friday sales. It took longer than expected to be shipped. The delivery company GLS/GSO missed the pickup 2 days in a row. 4 days later it said it was delivered, but was not. I used text messaging to speak with PSD. They said they would grant me a “one-time courtesy” to reship the package, but not before I searched the neighborhood for my package. I spoke with GLS, who said they lost it 5 days ago, but marked it delivered anyway. I forwarded that info to PSD, who said they would make a “one-time exception” to reship the items, but now the items I bought as a set are no longer a set because they are out of stock. Screw this company.

It’s a scam don’t order from them . I placed an order 11/11/2022 they sent me a tracking number saying it was delivered 11/06/2023 to a place in Wisconsin . I live in Raleigh NC . They have yet to answer there phone or text or email. This company is a scam .
