Went to stafford for the experience. My son bought me the voucher for 1 muscle car and I added a car also when there. Felt so safe and in very capable hands. The 2 professionals were amazing. I went with Les in the maclaren, he was such a calming man and I had an amazing time in that supercar.I then had lee J I. The dodge such an opposite car but was great listening to the beefy engine. He was so knowledgeable and gave great instructions. I would go again to this event.
It was cold and a bit wet but we weren't waiting that long for our cars. All the team were polite and upbeat.

We were at Three Sisters track on Monday the 17th Feb. We had a good day and purchased a usb stick with the video on of my Grandsons drive. We got home only to find no sound on the video. I’ve tried emailing them twice this week with no reply. The lady who we dealt with at the track did say they kept the videos and pictures of the day for everyone on file. Hopefully they will be intouch and replace the stick with a working one.

Jason was an amazing instructor! Would definitely visit again.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. My experience with PSR has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others before they fall victim to this company’s shocking practices.

First, they cancelled the original booking date (1st March 2025) that we had specifically planned for and could attend. This cancellation was entirely out of our control, and despite their error, they offered alternative dates that were completely inconvenient and unworkable for us (8th, 9th, 10th—none of which we could make).

Adding insult to injury, the additional cars that were booked were suddenly no longer available, leaving us with fewer options and even more frustration.

But it gets worse. My son, who is 11 years old, booked this experience with me on Christmas Day as a gift. The experience was advertised for children aged 10–17, but what PSR conveniently failed to make clear was their hidden height restriction, buried in the small print. Unless you scrutinise every detail, this critical limitation could easily go unnoticed.

This company is disorganised, deceptive, and completely unprofessional. They seem to have no issue with taking money from families, only to let them down and hide behind fine print.

Quick update after a month and PSR outright refusing to give a refund, they have now given a refund. They are happy to rearrange dates (that you pay extra as a customer to choose) but not so quick to refund if they cannot fulfil the date.

One of the best days staff brilliant really friendly make you feel at ease with the cars and explain everything and constantly giving you feedback and encouragement. Would do it again

Hugely impressive and enjoyable. That about sums it up. The organisation, staff interaction with adults and kids and team work among the staff was a credit to British motorsport.

I would recommend PSR to anyone. They took my 13 year old son, put him in a Lamborghini and set him off round the track with superb instructor support. I could get my son this or that but as a memory a long time after I’m gone he can tell people about the day, about how he drove a Lamborghini as the first car he’s ever driven (he’s done karts) and about the instructors kindness, clarity and professionalism. I’ve seen the video (do think about the media package - it’s very good) and all I can say is they are hugely confidence inspiring and positive. And that’s all the instructors we encountered - in the McLaren and the Camero too.

We recently attended a junior Lamborghini experience with PSR Experience, and unfortunately, the day felt more focused on pushing additional sales than letting us enjoy the thrill of the drive. The range of cars was impressive, but we were consistently pressured to spend well beyond the initial voucher cost, leaving us feeling resentful by the end.

The voucher we purchased was for three laps at the nearest track, Llandow, which is still a two-hour drive for us. However, upon booking, we discovered that Llandow is classified as a "premium track," incurring unexpected extra costs—despite PSR Experience being the only company authorized to host events there.

There was a strong push to buy additional insurance, marketed as essential, and then the hard sell for more laps followed—hard to refuse with an eager young driver by your side. Additional charges were suggested to add another car, piling on more expenses. The upselling didn’t stop there; photos and video footage were offered at rates significantly higher than similar experiences we've attended elsewhere.

Lastly, PSR Experience issued a lanyard with a warning that failure to return it would result in a £50 charge, which only added to the feeling that the company was looking to extract as much as possible from each visitor.

Although the driving itself was fun, the experience was tarnished by the constant push for additional payments. I'd suggest looking into other providers that offer a more straightforward, enjoyable experience without the relentless upselling.

Arrived on a cloudy but dry warmish day. Girls at check in were helpful and polite. Safety briefing was to the point and over quickly. Bit of a wait to get into the car but considering the amount of people there that was perfectly acceptable and the staff got people in and out of cars quickly.
I had 9 laps and the instructor was great, good advice and lets you put your foot down and enjoy it.
Only things i would improve - spruce the cars up a bit and give them a clean, they was looking a bit tired. Try not to push the extra's so much, make these available on the website or by signage at the venue and not face to face, makes people feel awkward.
Apart from that, i would go again

Great day out for my daughter to enjoy her present. Staff really friendly how ever the cars could have done with a clean as does not look great in photos and videos we bought. Little suggestion give the option of inexperienced drivers/juniors kept to the same sessions. Knew there were extra costs and very reasonable price. Would like to book again with friends.
My daughter really liked Chris who was the instructor in the black with red wheels 911 found him very calming and informative during her drive.

What a day. After my first ride(Nissan GTR) my hands were shakin, after second one (Lambo Hurricane) my whole body was shakin, third one was The General - even my guts were sore. Instructors were very friendly and helpfull. When the see that You are doing well, they let You drive the car to limits of the traction. Highly recomended. I will definitely try PSR expierience again.

Fantastic family day out with my 2 boys (14 and 12) trying a few supercars. Excellent experience, great cars, fantastic staff and Stef was excellent putting together a media package for us! Would definitely recommend - We'll be back!
