Product quality complain
4 months ago I bought a pair of wellies. I used it about 10 times and I discovered holes appearing on the bottom of heels. I sent an email with quality complain. It took couple weeks before customer service responded. After few mails they offered partial refund. Today I’ve got an email with an information that they want to refund 10% on the item which is £5. I’m not happy about it and for sure I’m not gonna but anything on that site.

I just wished I'd read these reviews before I ordered some things for my son.
Ordered 27th Jan. Email received to say being despatched 31st Jan on 2 to 3 day FedEx.
Nothing arrived.!
After numerous calls to customer care I was told I would get a refund.
Refund never went in.
Then today.. almost 1 month later the clothes arrived by FedEx on next day delivery.
I've no idea what was going on, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have done anything had I not rang numerous times.
I wouldn't use this company.

Absolutely awful company, order a top for a birthday present, payment came out of my bank receieve an email to say it was payed was meant to arrive 2 to 3 days but didnt receieve an email about delievery, i rang them to be told they didnt have it in stock and would refund me! Since the transaction was pending they will cancel it and it should be in my bank in 72 hours so 96 hours later (4days) still no refund! Rang my bank who couldnt help me told me to ring the store back who told me to call the bank! When i explained i had they told me to call back tomorrow.
Tried to call the store back today no answer after it ringung for 46 minutes! so looks like i just lose my money and noone is bothered enough to help so thankyou Physce for the theft! Wont be using you ever again, i will be leaving bad reviews on everything i can and will advise everyone i know to stay well clear from the shop that will take your money and never guve you your items!!!!!!!!!!
Your reply is a lie you did NOT REFUND ME and you DID NOT notify me i rang you!!! Its ok all my friends and family will not be using your crap shop ever again. THIEVES

this brand is absolutely disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would give it a 0 but 1 is the minimum. This brand should be shut down. I am absolutely fuming. I ordered a Calvin Klein hoodie dress that said was in stock on Saturday and payed for 2-3 day delivery. This morning they decided to put on an act and email us saying that they were out of stock after waiting since last week!!! I 100% think this brand should be shut down because they are absolutely disgraceful.

Would certainly buy from Again!
Ordered a shirt, delivery to N.I was very fast. Good communication too. Shirt is a perfect fit but knocking 1 star off as £10 delivery from England to N.I is a first for me.

Ordered two items, one missing and no response from Psyche.
Ordered two items as Xmas gifts. Parcel arrived in time but missing one of the items. Still waiting three weeks later for a response to my requests for either the missing item or a refund.

Ordered an item that said in stock, 4 days later had not arrived so chased and they had cancelled my order. Although this was over new year and I will give some leeway for that, communication is poor, and my refund is now not estimated to arrive for another 6 days despite them having it immediately from me.

This company sucks!!!!!
This company sucks!!!!!! Especially if your ordering from the US. They do not clearly show a cross reference for sizing so you end up with a UK size not the US version. THEY ALSO DON'T OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING!!!!! Your going to spend an additional $100 to return an item to them USPS priority mail. Your item will sit in UK customs for three weeks, then after an additional three weeks you might get your refund. Amazon would take care of this in 72hrs.
like i said "THIS COMPANY SUCKS"!!!!!!

Psyche cancelled order without refunding me
I ordered a dress on the 23rd of December. Psyche did not send me any email regarding the status of my order after confirming the purchase. I sent emails which were ignored. Kept checking the status of my order online and it said order was still being processed. Today when I checked it shows order has been cancelled without any explanation given. I’m furious because my bank has paid Psyche and Psyche cancelled the order after payment went through. No refund in sight. Order WEB363426

I am furious
I am furious! I ordered 2 items and only received one! I rang to ask where the other one was. They said they would find out and ring back. Half an hour later I ring again. I get told the same thing! I ring again and get ignored! Emails ignored! It was meant to be a Christmas present. I will be contacting my credit card company to try and get a refund if I continue to be ignored. so bad put a discount on but disappear when im about to purchase
try to cantact but being ignored and finally after a months and more than 5 mail i have sent just got a reply from facebook
but they LIED that they are not on discount
after some chatting suddenly the other staff apologized to me through email regarding to the mail that i sent and being ignored
again, different story now they told me that the discount stock is sold out, and the one on the site is a new stock
