Won a couple of times
Won a couple of times, few on live streams and few instants one being 2k last year. I have a few tickets most draws but not a big spender, don’t spend a fortune. Prizes or cash have always been sent very efficiently, friendly staff.

I've won a few times on pulse
I've won a few times on pulse. mainly the cash comps as that's really all I enter. kirsty is fantastic and messages as soon as you have won. the money is normally in your bank instantly or next day at worse if the draw is later on at night

Same people winning…
I noticed that same people are winning maybe they should have a system wherein if someone wins, they can’t play for a certain amount of time to give chance to others or something like that. Oh well

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We have such a fantastic customer base and so many customers who have been returning and playing for four years. Some people have been lucky enough to win several times. Others are still waiting on that first win.
I think it would be unfair to let someone play for years, without winning, and then ask them to stop playing when they've had a lucky streak.

Hi Francis. Sorry to hear that you've not yet had a win with us. I can see that you've placed a total of three orders with us - and although some people have fantastic luck and can win the first time they play - this isn't a guarantee.
I think a 1 star review - which is very damaging to us as a business - is very unfair considering the fact that you've played with us so little. I think a 1 star review based on not winning is completely unfair in any case - as we cannot guarantee wins to any individual and all of our competitions are a game of chance and luck.
