This site is a disaster

This site is a disaster. The system seems to be run by a drunk Russian who angrily replies when your payments are not credited to your account. They deleted my account for non-payment even though it was paid in a timely manner. As an extra insult, they had a bot inform me they were keeping the money I paid on time even though they were cancelling my service. I think that's called stealing.

I have been a customer for many years, although I don’t remember exactly since when. That’s not important to me — I don’t count the years, and I have no intention of looking for another provider.
A lot has changed in the world, but the price of the package I chose has stayed the same for years. For the price of two cinema tickets, I think it’s unbeatable.
I’m not a technical expert and I don’t really understand how everything works. Unfortunately, I had a problem with the server twice, but both times my issue was solved quickly.
The second time, Aleski helped me step by step. I’d like to thank him here as well!
Highly recommended.

decent for the most part

For the most part there decent but if you go too much over your allotted data they will disable your account even if you just renewed your 3 year service and wont give you any kind of refund or credit towards upgrading your plan to something more appropriate for your data usage

the pulsedmedia SSD shared seedboxes are great for…

the SSD shared seedboxes are great for getting ratio on private sites. (also for bittorrent sites) . (the traffic is rolling over 30days, so if you don't want to runout of data, you should only use an average of data each day.)
on the shared seedbox i have had problems, they respond within 5 days. it gets fixed, but” patience is a virtue”…

i like the pulsed media seed boxes because i can download data to my home computer at a speed that does NOT seem like DSL speeds. (on the shared for me 30-60 MBps. on the Basic dedicated seed box 20MBps (can vary) there are plenty of seedboxes that i have tried, but they tend to have low transfer speed to canada.

I received a near immediate response to my ticket. The resolution of the problem took several days. It was clearly identified immediately by the customer service representative, who worked repeatedly to resolve the situation ending in a good result. I have used pulse media seedboxes for many many years and recommend them highly.

Not so hot.

Overall, ok as long as things are working, but resolving problems is like a very unsatisfactory trip to the dentist. I eventually gave up and found a better service.

When it works it's fine, but good luck if it stops working

When it works it's fine. But when it goes wrong, you're mostly on your own. Ticket times are in days rather than hours. It's cheap, so if you're ok with that then it's an option. For me, the money saved isn't worth enough to make the customer service acceptable. Went back to Ultra.cc

Seedbox subscriber for over 3 years

Support is very quick to respond and any issues are sorted out quickly.
Performance is as advertised.
Service is very rarely offline and when it is, it is back up with very little downtime.
