Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Quick delivery which is what you need when your water supply is down.

Easy to navigate website to select & pay for filter cartridges, probably due to this being a repeat purchase. But previous on line advice from Pumps Online had been excellent when deciding which filter cartridges to buy.
Somewhat confusing when notifications about the sale came from "Pump Warehouse" and the logistics/courier service was not included at the initial purchase time so that the notification regarding delivery on its way and tracking was a bit like receiving a phishing or scam email.

In the middle of Christmas our new pressure tank was packed and put on courier immediately. We received it early new year which was brilliant service for this time of year. Very happy with service & product.

Excellent service - ordered and received the next day. We are up in the far north of NZ - so next-day delivery was exceptional.

Xmas time and still Fast delivery to Gisborne

I woke up to having no water, checked what I thought were the obvious things and went OK need a new pump. This pump was purchased from pumps online about 10 years ago (the original only lasted 4 years) so figured it had done its dash. No question about where to source a replacement (Pumps online obviously). Ordered a replacement, paid and got used to the idea of no water for a while. Later I went and found the problem and thought I wonder if I can cancel the order, this was over the Christmas break, emailed explaining the situation and got a very prompt and pleasant reply stating the order had been cancelled and the refund processed. Great service and communications, well done. :-)

Ordered Pump, Pressure Tank and other items over two orders at 11am on 23rd of December arrived super quick, well packaged the 24th. Very happy with service. Auckland to Hawkesbay over night.

These guys are next level when it comes to Customer Service, I brought in my pump and my filter for my swimming pool, of course I brought them separately off Trade Me so nothing matched up. I spent some time with Tina while she ran around the store trying to make things fit. She was incredibly helpful whilst she juggled my problems and another four customers that came and left. What an amazing woman you have working for you. I would give her a Christmas bonus and a pay rise 😃
Unfortunately, she couldn’t find the final pieces that she needed for my puzzle so she said she would get what she needed from the warehouse and make sure it was completed by the following working day.
As promised she gave me a call, said she had everything lined up and also my pump had been tested as well. Her Service was over and above, TINA you are a star!!!
