A good experience
A good experience. Only issue was that the item ordered wasn't available and they sent a different replacement without asking. They gave a good juice for the inconvenience.
I will be using again because i know that they reply quickly to emails. Thanks guys

Hi Jenny sorry to see you have had a issue with your order. We have moved over to LCP as they offer a far better service to us as a business, and you as a customer.
After checking your order it seems our staff who shipped your order with using new system have picked the wrong delivery option, they did not choose next day as you have paid.
Based on this being our error i have emailed you a coupon code via email for £10 as a token of our good will, and hope you can see past this mix-up and continue to use us as have in the past. We have updated information to show LCP instead of DHL.
