Meanwhile I completed the bonus wagering requirement with remaining bonus amount. However, when the postponed bet got settled in next day when wager was already completed, I did not receive the winning amount. On asking, they are saying that it was bonus amount.

I was their regular customer and make daily deposits. Now moving to another better site because it was very big amount for me. Total 17,000+ inr they have to return. Help me if there is a way to sue them in court.

I placed two bets on the Armagh v Tyrone match on April 12th. My bets were placed at 16:10 and 16:11. The match did not actually start until 16:19, yet Puntit’s system incorrectly labeled these bets as "In-Play."

When a match is labeled "In-Play" but hasn't started, it is a technical system failure, not a "data delay." Despite clear evidence, Puntit is refusing to void the bets (return the cash) and is instead offering 50% back in "bonus funds." This is a blatant attempt to avoid paying out on a technical error.

I have reported this to the MGA and will be closing my account once my final bets are settled. Be very careful—their system "glitches" and they expect the customer to pay for it.

Made the mistake of using puntit, due to limited options in Norway. They converted my deposited money into a bonus, which then could not be utilised properly due to strong limitations on the winnings. My winnings were then again credited as bonus and after a short period all bonus was removed. In essensce they stole money from me

Deposited 100 euros on the sixth of March Puntit matched the amount but all the money went into bonus funds. I bet a total of 102 euros the bets returned a total of 210 euros but my winnings stayed in these bonus funds as well. One week later I checked my account and the balance is zero their explanation is that because I didn't wager 5 times the bonus funds my funds have expired. I have emailed them saying that ok I can understand not getting the bonus but they have taken my deposit and winnings I feel that I have been scammed so I would advise everyone avoid this company

This company are absolute scammers! Avoid at all costs. The 'free bet' offer when you join requires you to stake 10x the amount before you can even claim any winnings. These parasites should be heavily penalised & shut down. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE CON ARTISTS.

I had a bet that was settled unfairly. It contained 4 selections, 3 of them won and one was an ante post horse racing selection who was declared as a non runner right before the race. They are completely fraud ..they just looting money from everywhere, just taking the money from us and not giving a single rupee even if you win the money.
