Sam is a lovely and helpful person — nothing is ever too much trouble. I’ve had branded items from her, and the quality of her dog accessories and pet blankets is second to none. She also provides amazing treats and natural flea and worming products for pets. Everything is always high quality and you can tell she really cares about the animals she helps. I would highly recommend her.

I bought a couple of harnesses, which I love, they’re such good quality, and the bold colours really pop on my black dog (she has lots of harnesses from lots of different brands). But the multi-use rope leads from Pup Chic are the ONLY leads I use, other ones just sit in a drawer now. I have 8 of the multi-use leads, and a 9th one has been pre-ordered. I love going for a walk and having a hand for my coffee, and a free hand.

love everything about pupchic, my pup looks fantastic and they all fit so well. love all the designs as well she will soon have a better wardrobe them me

Great customer service and quality products.

I had a great experience with Pup Chic. Sam is lovely and really takes the time to demonstrate the products, which makes such a difference when choosing what’s best for your dog. The advice given was helpful and genuine, not pushy at all. Returns are also easy and hassle-free, which gives extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Lovely products. Great smell. And they work.

Beautiful products, loved the quality, measurements on the site were fab, resulting in the right size choice. My fur baby looks gorgeous!

Always love ordering with Pup Chic Boutique, always exceptional customer service and the products are amazing quality as well for a great price. 100% recommend to anyone with dogs.

Absolutely lovely harness and collars . We definitely be looking again for new ones xx

Brilliant company seller is very friendly and helpful. Not only do they offer you discounts on products but also help you choose the right size for your pets and give away some freebies too . 100% buying again in the future

Fantastic small business that offers so much variety. I started off by buying a mystery box almost 3 years ago and have been addicted ever since, even becoming a pup chic brand rep and attending meet ups with the lovely owner Sam and other fellow Pup Chic addicts.

It is good but a little tough for my llano apso
