The calming dog bed is amazing - my border terrier is very reluctant to settle in a bed but loves this one. I had initially bought a jacket which wasn't suitable, and was credited store credit + 20% or offered a return for 100% refund. Seemed like an odd system but really happy with the products and communication.

Items were an excellent price and were as described. However, it wasn’t obvious that they were coming from overseas and it did take longer than hoped.

excellent customer service! It's already a great product this little nest. Sydnee loves it so we move it around. Still, I needed the larger size and it was so easy to work with the staff at pupsdream.

Although the goods took a while to arrive, they were of good quality and as described. I had a query regarding one of the items and customer services responded quickly and efficiently.

The real deal dog beds!

There are lots of lookalike dog beds out there, which are okay, but once you see and feel the quality of these beds you won’t ever want to change. Highly recommended (by us and Spud the Dog).

Great product! Looking at the size chart and the pictures other people put up, I opted for the size down as our Bailey was to the lower end, so glad we did as they fit perfectly! They have give Bailey so much more confidence when out in the sun, due to his bad eye, the lens is perfect for him, the lens also pops out nice and easy to clean and the frame attaches to his head perfectly, it also fits our other two dogs which is great 👍

Bed is cute & very soft. Guide didn't really match accurately for dog size though. Would have purchased next size up but don't want to exchange at this point because NO communication from seller during order to delivery (my email went unanswered) so just going to keep it since my dog mostly fits too.

Scam company order week ago ask about traking number no communication ask paypal about refund.

Ordered a calming bed on sale, described as being made of memory foam. Absolute scam. Noticed that the bed is permanently on sale and is definitely not made of memory foam. It's cheaply made with the outer cover looking threadbare and the filling turned lumpy after using for a couple of weeks. You can feel the floor through the filling so not supportive for bigger dogs even with the right sized bed. Sought advice from consumer rights but as this is a Chinese company, UK consumer law does not apply. Argued with the company and received 50% refund.

The coat was well made and very warm looking. Unfortunately it is too small so I will need to return it. Would not hesitate to order from your company again.

Ordered 2 dog beds, 1 has something sharp inside the fabric. The other is still packed. Im getting nowhere with returning them & getting a refund, as others on here have said, they offer you a voucher to spend on their products, when you decline, they up the voucher with a part refund plus ask you to donate bed to a shelter & get a receipt, they clearly dont want you to return the items I wld say not in the UK. The SHARP object could have torn the dogs skin & they ask me to donate it? PLEASE READ the truthful reviews further down, others having the same issues with this Company. The unpersonal email replies are from a name 'Sven' These seem to be scammers who sent our pets an unsafe product! & who will take absolutely no accountability for

It only took three days for my little girl to realize that she shouldn’t bark at the TV when animals come on. It’s amazing how fast it works and now I don’t have to use it at all.

My dog was funny at first about using the bed.
After several days he has really gotten used to it and seems quite cozy and content. It definitely puffed up more as the days went by. The funny smell it had at first dissipated. He is enjoying his bed as long as it is not a warm day, then it is too warm for him.

The refund policy is amazing. They sent the wrong item initially and even after a few weeks as I hadn’t noticed, they didn’t give any trouble and sent a new one. They also responded very quickly

The website was easy to navigate and definitely some of the best deals. Great communication with email updates and easy parcel tracking.
The product was exactly as described and I'm very happy overall. Will buy again :)

Our new rescue dog loves her new Calming Bed. It seems to be great quality and I particularly like the fact that you can remove the cover for washing (essential really, but it’s surprising how many dog beds don’t have this feature).

Easy to order. Ordered 2 at first for our 2 dogs. Cut to size and put them on. Unfortunately one didn't stay on, must have come undone and it was lost. Re order another, this time we put a spot of glue on to make sure they don't come undine again. That's the reason I only gave 4 starts. Happy with everything else, and will definitely order again.

Immediate no-quibble and total refund when I had a problem with a product.

My order for a medium sized cat bed was placed on 26th March. I was under the impression that the company was uk based and that the product was superior in quality with a removable outer for easier cleaning.
The item arrived today 5th April. There is no way the outer shell can be detached for washing and the bed appears lumpy and cheaply made... certainly not worth the £34.95 I was charged! Having completed and sent off the contact form on their website, I have just received notification that this mode of contact is not operational (mailer daemon) so have emailed the company for returns and refund information.
Having now read the many negative comments about their (apparent) non existent refund history, my fingers are crossed that I hear back from them and get my refund. NB My order was also supposed to have included a free gift booklet of which there is no sign.
I sincerely hope they honour their statement about refunds. When they do, I will amend this review.
