Great products
The company is very operative and helpful I had to cancel a previous order which went quick and easy. Quick refund also. Thee products are brilliant, I have ordered the magnesium and vitamin B. Very pleased with them

Great quality remedies
Pure Bio products are great quality, well packaged and the website is easy to navigate. Delivery is quick too. I have used the remedies for many years and would always recommend them

Felt I received an under dosed product…
Felt I received an under dosed product my body seemed to respond differently to it compared to the first one I purchased. I contacted company via email it took a day to get back to me. Service was amazing. Addressed my concern and explained possible reason to me. Not only were they very understanding to my concern they shipped me another bottle free as well as giving me a 20% discount on my next order. Then sent a follow up email. Great costumer service!!!

Thank you for your review . However, it is not our company that you have dealt with - I believe you have added your review to the wrong company unfortunately. We no longer ship to the USA- we are based in the UK .
Reassuringly good.
This appears to be a smallish company with a good customer support. They quickly responded to my emails. Goods were despatched on same day as order was placed (Royal Mail tracked). I will order from them again.

Company is behaving like a scam
Order was places last Thursday. Express Shipping was paid for. No shipping information has been updated just the shipping tag created. I have attempted to get ahold of someone and no one answers the phone or emails. This leaves no impression but a scam website.

Pure Bio supplements are always top quality. The lovely ladies are always friendly and helpful and orders sent out same day if possible.

I have asked the team to ship me my order overseas and from their end, no issues at all. And when I am in the UK to get an order, no problems at all. The product quality is a no-brianer.

Superb quality products
