Our kitty arrived in excellent health. He’s been set up for success— from indoor preferences to grooming. I am truly grateful to the breeder for all the effort and care given to our baby boy.

I did not enjoy the confusing payment structures, made some things very difficult. We also used the nanny delivery option, but had some trouble arranging the delivery. Ended up with a last minute, midnight drop off at the airport.

The kitten was five months old before he made it home, so be aware that the process does take forever.

I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience with Purebred Kittens and the third-party payment/financing process involved. I was charged twice for amounts over $4,000 and, despite this, I have not been refunded. In total, I paid $8,849.20, which is far beyond what I expected and not reasonable for the experience I received.
Based on my experience, I do NOT recommend this agency or the third-party payment process they use. There are many ways to find reputable breeders directly, including through TICA, Facebook breeder groups, and other trusted breeder directories, often for a fraction of the cost.
I wish I had done more research before moving forward, and I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same situation.

I’ll be real, I was very nervous after I placed a reservation on my Siberian. Everything seemed too good to be true.

As soon as I made the reservation I got a text from my adoption specialist who did a great job keeping me in the loop. I told my specialist about my concerns on this being too good to be true and some bad reviews I saw online. She was encouraging and always did the best making sure I knew what was next! I even asked for a FaceTime with the kitten that helped a bunch!

I got videos throughout the adoption process and all my questions were answered by my adoption specialist during the wait period.

My kitten came on time to the airport and he’s been the best addition to our family! He is the most calm and social cat I’ve ever seen!

I have been searching for a purebred Maine Coon for years, and ran across countless fraudulent websites. It was very discouraging. The Team at Purebred, kept me informed, sent videos, and walk my new kitty and I through the whole process. Other than the anxiety waiting for her to arrive. Everything was perfect! Back in November I adopted an Oriental Shorthair kitten than I decided to adopt again the experience was wonderful and both of them were delivered to my home my second kitten is an Abyssinian love love her the whole experience went smoothly. Purebred kitties did such a thorough job! Though I had done a ton or research they were welcoming to any and all questions. I was very nervous about pick up and how my Maine Coone (Sylas) would travel. He did great and has a happy and healthy home now. Thankful for their expertise!

Was able to lock in this wonderful kitten at early age. Was sent weekly videos of him playing and had a personal helper assigned to me for any questions. He arrived socially adapted, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Couldn’t be happier!

Amazing experience from the first call to the delivery of our kitten. The kitten is beautiful and you can tell it has been well cared for since birth. She is a great addition to our family.

My review is correct. Purebred has stated that no refunds are granted. I asked questions and still haven't received an answer!! Why didn't you respond!! You are now trying to discredit this review. Trustpilot has a responsibility to ensure my review is posted. Why didn't you respond then? The only reason you are responding to my comment is that it has been posted on a site where other people can view it. Then answer the question: why was I told the kitten came from Ohio, yet it came from Ukraine? This kitten was very sick. People need to know that your company lied about where the kitten originated from. I still haven't received documents that state that she is a true Devon Rex. Purebred needs to stop selling unless you come up with better practices on where these kittens are coming from. People have the right to know and make that decision on if that want to buy a kitten from that country. Not prejudices, this country is in a war and the kitten could be fed anything. The people over there are not getting enough food, what makes you think this kitten got adequate are or food.

Please DO NOT purchase a kitten from this website. I purchased a Maine Coon kitten from them in March I have still not received my kitten. The communication is nonexistent. I have reached out multiple times and only canned responses. This website has no problem stealing your money, please use a reputable breeder in your area. I would give a zero star if it was available.

Overall I had a good experience getting my main coon from purebred kitties. First off my kitten is amazing. Thanking God for him. My family really needed him in our lives. He’s bringing so much joy. We made him a TikTok supercateeee, and it’s been a blast. It did take a long time to get my videos sent to me until my wife called angrily but they sent it immediately afterwards and kept them coming. The vet did say he has a sickness when he arrived something about herpes, but something like 80% of kittens get it at some point so doesn’t seem like a big deal but my wife said the website said they wouldn’t have it, the vet didn’t give me any paperwork about it, but I’m not concerned about it it’s not transmissible to humans and he’s in great spirits. It will go away overtime. They up charged me for flight nanny I didn’t order, which honestly I’m happy he had the nanny, but I did not ask for it. The kitten did fly with a diaper which was so cute. Originally someone told me he was coming from Delaware when I was inquiring but after I paid the deposit and my wife pressured the company they told me he was coming from Ukraine, now Delaware was not a lie because he did fly from Delaware to Chicago so I could pick him up but they should have said Ukraine right away, I still would have purchased. But the vet did confirm he had all his shots and tested his poop which took a few days to get from him but it was all clean. He is in such a good mood all the time. He was stressed at first and that can flare up his sickness but who wouldn’t be stressed after flying across the world. Totally worth it though. I would do it over again in a heartbeat for him. I love him. He is so happy and he is honestly life changing in a great way. So excited to grow old with him. Thank you guys I know running the company with so many people is not easy.

These guys were great! From the initial contact all the way through the delivery of our kitty I could not have asked for more. The staff was responsive, the process clear, they did all I asked for and more. Our kitty arrived in perfect condition. He had a little cough and his eye was watery but our vet said this is completely normal due to the stress of travel. All in all, if I were to buy another cat I would come back again and if anyone asked for a recommendation I would definitely give it.

I purchased a kitten from this company a few weeks ago and immediately noticed serious health concerns upon bringing him home — he was visibly limping and had stitches protruding from his genitalia. I contacted the company right away, providing videos as proof.

I was instructed to take him to a veterinarian, which raised an immediate red flag: how did their own vet clear him for release without catching these issues? My vet confirmed the limping and was alarmed by the protruding stitches, noting that cats groom themselves constantly and would inevitably chew on exposed stitches — a serious risk. The stitches were removed, and additional testing was recommended to determine the cause of the limping. A full veterinary report was documented and submitted to the company.

Since then, the response has been deeply disappointing. While this company is extremely responsive when it comes to selling kittens, they become virtually unreachable once a problem arises. They repeatedly cite an internal “review process” with no timeline or resolution in sight. Despite multiple requests for a simple courtesy call to discuss the matter, I have been ignored.

The lack of urgency, transparency, and basic professionalism — especially involving an animal’s welfare — is unacceptable. Do your due diligence before purchasing from this company.
