Absolutely fantastic experience from initial meeting, install and then to the handover, everything was handled perfectly.
A great commercial install consisting of 29 panels and associated equipment, very competitive pricing and we are already seeing the financial benefits.
We couldn’t recommend enough.

We have just had our solar, underfloor heating and heat source pump installed by Steve and his team. Not an easy logistical job but we were really impressed with the work and the professionalism of the whole team. We were kept fully informed of arrangements by Victoria and Steve and the guys worked so hard to get everything in place and set up for us. I would thoroughly recommend them .

We had a heat pump fitted and wished I’d done it years ago. Our house is now very warm and toasty, for the first time ever. Steve is fantastic and will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. We had a minor problem with one of our heaters and he was straight back to fix it, without any quibble. The team he employs are polite, very friendly and work hard to get the job done. A fantastic company and I would high recommend them.

We had a heat pump installed by Pure Climate to replace our oil boiler a few months ago. We could not fault them on anything. The installation went smoothly, all questions answered and great aftercare was provided.

Batteries and new inverter installed.

Had some initial issues, but these were satisfactorily resolved.

We had already had a complete installation in two properties one in Scotland the other in Wales.... We added an extra battery in Scotland having seen the performance, as well as extra panels and another battery in Wales. Superbly happy with the service and results in both with a huge improvement in our bills. Electricity cost per hour £0.01 down from £160/week

I has solar panel batteries fitted back in May. The mobile app is great and I was keen to see how much solar energy we were harnessing. However, the batteries did not charge above 6%.
Once Steve (director of the company) found out about this, he came out immediately and re-booted the system. Hey presto, all working as it should be now.

Tim was extremely helpful. He carried-out an on-site survey and provided us with a range of options to help us make an informed decision. There was no hard-sell and we didn't feel pressurised in any way.

Honestly can't fault this company at all. From first contact,installation and aftersales etc were all perfect. Very happy customer.

I began to research fitting a battery to my existing solar system. The first to respond were Pure Climate Solutions. Lester visited the following day, inspected my system and recommended a 6.5 growatt battery and AC inverter, which seems the perfect fit for my needs.
Their quote was the most competitive I could find. The installation went ahead within a few days. Tim and Steve did an excellent job despite initial problems with internet connection and then a broken cable.
I also met a couple of the younger guys Lee, Harry and Henry, who came and assisted to complete the job, on their way elswhere.
Every one of them are great guys. Hard working, tenacious and trustworthy.
They will be my first port of call for clean power in the future.
The system is now purring away. I just need the sun.

Didn’t even get to the installation. Quoted. Agreed to proceed and now weeks have gone past with no communication. They said the BUS voucher has been applied for but when contacting the scheme no application has been received. Have text, emailed and called and not getting anywhere. Very disappointed and a complete waste of my time.

PCS installed 2 heat pumps in our Grade 2 listed 14th century house which presented many logistic challenges. They were a very professional, courteous and helpful team throughout. Steve dealt with endless practical problems due to the nature of our house with good humour and determination. the paperwork side of things proved frustrating (RHI process) but that has now ceased as a process I'm glad to say. I can strongly recommend them.

We chose to use Pure Climate Solutions - and what an amazing choice this was.

We have recently had our solid fuel heating boiler replaced with a ASHP system and new radiators.The system installed now provides us with hot water 24/7 and in the winter will provide heating through out the house via radiators and underfloor heating.
All aspects of the service provided,from the iniatial contact,site surveys and the installation was carried outin an efficient and friendly manner.Telephone contact and e-mails were answered promtly.
We would reccommed anyone considering having a ASHP installed to give them a call.
The added bonus is that the Governments RHI scheme currently provides you with a finantial incentive.
