The cutting board is not the best quality. It was not as durable as advertised. You are also billed for a monthly subscription which is not clear when purchasing the cutting board. The subscription serves no purpose.

Got subscribed to a monthly charge. The board is not bad. It's not magnetic so it can't be just stainless steel.

I ordered the cutting board and utensils. The cutting board seems to be fine (haven't used it yet) but the utensils are CHEAP. The metal is too thin and all of the utensil handles had dents in them. It may be cosmetic but for the price, I expected much higher quality. I didn't have an issue with being hooked into a subscription as some others have, although I can see how easy it is for someone to not realize the "free" offer that was added. It also took a long time to get the items once the order was received and I sent an e-mail to them and the response was "At Pure Cut, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Every item goes through a detailed quality control process before shipping to ensure it meets the high standards we promise our customers. This extra care can occasionally cause a slight delay, but it’s all in the name of delivering a product you’ll love and trust." . Well, someone needs glasses because they missed all of the dents in the handles. I can also tell that the spatula will not hold anything of a heavy weight without bending and the food possibly slipping off. Stay away from this company products are cheap and not worth the money. They have hidden fees they charge your credit card and will not refund. Again STAY AWAY !!!!

Being charged for a subscription that I did not ask for, nor have I received anything in return for those charges. Filed Fraud charges with my bank.

Cutting boards are cheap. They took forever to deliver and came from china. One month after my order, PureCut.com charged me for a $29.00 subscription that I did not sign up for and also, didn't get anything for.

Do not purchase!!!! It's a scam. I wish I would have checked Trust Pilot before placing my order.

I ordered a board that arrived bent. They quickly sent another but the quality is not great. I have since tried another brand (Apex) and the board is definitely better.
My main issue though is that I got charged £22 a month after (and the month after that) for something called the pure cut collective. I never signed up for this. Nor agreed to pay. Nor received any product or benefit for it - or have any idea still what it is about. I believe this to be fraudulent and encourage people to avoid this company.

Product is that thin that it's very easy to cut yourself on the edge of it and I have just had $45 come out of my account for no reason about 6 weeks later and no response from the company after I have sent an email asking what they are up to. Pretty bad.

This is a fraudulent scheme where they sign you up to a "collective" and take a recurring payment of UK £23.00. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

ZERO STARS... DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. The boards are thin, not as illustrated. Scratch easy, are they even "pure titanium" worst of all you will be automatically subscribed into something you didn't know about and £23 will leave your account with nothing to show for it.

Happy with the chopping boards. However, I have been misled into subscribing to the ‘Pure cut collective’ through unethical website design and unclear communication. I have been charged £22 for two months running but have only just realised. I have looked back at email confirmations and there was no mention of this charge either.

Took a long time for mediocre cutting boards that were overpriced.
And I started getting a 29 dollar charge monthly for a “collective”? Bad customer service. Would not recommend

Targeted ads work wonders, they're fine. I bought 3 of them, just thinner than expected.

Beware of a $29 recurring charge per month for a "subscription" that you never wanted or ordered. Scammers!

AVOID!!! I tried to cancel within a minute of the order conformation when I saw that what had registered was not what I ordered. Got automatic email saying my query would be delay with in 2-3 days. Product arrived about 2 weeks later & I only just got email response. I can send it back to Australia at my own expense! Delivered the spatula set - very thin, flimsy & cheap.

Waited for the "titanium" cutting boards to be 40% off so they were close to reasonably priced. A month after my order, I saw a $29 charge from them. They snuck in a ridiculous monthly membership fee which is supposed to give you access to special deals. Imagine paying a dollar a day to have access to exclusive sales on kitchen ware... They automatically add the free trial membership to your cart just before checkout, then charge your card $29/month until you badger them to cancel. They purposely make no mention of the $29/month in any of the confirmation Emails. I've Emailed customer service multiple times, always takes them 2-3 days to reply, they finally said they would refund me 40% of the $29, refund should post in 5-7 business days. Guess what? Three weeks and two Emails later, they're ignoring me. Shady, scammy company, and I suspect the boards are steel.

Terrible company and product. Absolute scam. No reply to my countless emails and absolutely no service. Do not fall for this

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! As others have stated, this SCAM company AUTOMATICALLY signs you up for a "subscription" for $29.00 a month! Very difficult to go to website and find this "fine print" and cancel the subscription!! Of course -- their "subscription" states no refunds!! Need to go to every site possible and warn people of this scam!!

The utensils are cheap magnetic ( not titanium) chintzy crap—-
On top of that , they illegally billed my cc $29 twice before i noticed.

What a scam. They don't warn you, but they set up a $29.00 per month subscription. The only thing I can tell that the subscription gets you is advertising emails. Very expensive to purchase for the size. Buy from someone else with no subscription scam.
