Stay AWAY
Not sure that this is a legitimate company or just incredibly poorly run, but am guessing it is some type of scam. No communication, no order fulfilled. Placed an order and had to threaten to post a negative review before I got an answer regarding my 3 week ago order arrival and then was ghosted again. Took my money and never got my product.

Quality Products
I've used the Muscular gel from this company a few times over the years , the reason , it Works. I suffer with short hamstrings and back pain ( not all the time) at certain times of the years and hand on heart this gel works for me .
I've also used the Circulation oil and Muscle massage oil and find them great as well.
Pleasure to deal with this company . Quick , efficient.
I know where to go time and again for the products that work for me and give me relief.

Massage Oil Candle
I purchased a massage candle and the candle did not burn correctly to produce enough massage oil.
I made a number or complaints to Purelyorganic and got no response.

Everything about the experience was 5*. However, 1* was lost because the box was ridiculously over-sized for the 5ml bottle. Also. While not your issue, but they are your service provider, An Post sent an excessive number of emails to tell me the whereabouts of the delivery.
