I purchased a "Flash sale" special (3) which was a mistake. I should have purchased only one to test. After using the product for only two times my teeth became extremely sensitive. I had two unopened boxes so I thought I would return them. Oh, no! Not possible because all sales are final on the flash deals. They obviously only want money because nothing on their website is regular price so returning is not an option. What a scam!

Ordered the Purely White Deluxe and received a message that it was delivered. Checked our cameras and the pic was not our front walkway. Contacted the company and advised the issue. They told me I would need to contact the delivery service (Jitsu). I asked if Icould get a refund and was advised no, as I purchased the product on sale. I requested the delivery company's contact and the delivery number. Sent an email to the company asking where my delivery was and never heard back. I would classify this as a scam. Their customer service could care less. Since when can a legitimate company not be able to track their product. RUN!

I would rate them a minus 100 if I could. This is a SCAM.
I ordered the tooth whiening powder on June 12th. They said the product had shipped and left a tracking # for delivery. When you try to track it, it says UNDELIVERABLE. I tried to cancel several times and the email says you can't cancel and no returns as it's a sale item. tHERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would be afraid to use this product if it were delivered

Wish I would have read the reviews first. After using the product 4x per week for 3 weeks I noticed no difference. When I had ordered it said 100% guaranteed. I sent an email to them asking for a refund with before and after pictures and did not hear back until I sent a second email. They don't advise their refund policy when ordering but it is ridiculous that I was told I bought it on sale and did not qualify for a refund. A crappy product and even worse refund policy! Crest 18 strength strips are far better! Zero stars if it was an option!

The advertisement said that this product can be used on crowns and veneers, however the box says that the Purely White powder is for natural teeth only. When I tried to contact Customer Service to ask if I could safely use it, there was no response...TWICE...No response on whether I could get a refund either. Not to mention that I was also charged significantly more than the price on the website. Super Frustrated!!!

Product doesn’t work and their return policy is a joke…please try something else

This merchant added an item to my cart that I did not want. When the package arrived, I chose to not open it, so that I could more easily return it. However, their website states that all discounted items are "final sale only," and (of course) the product I didn't want was "discounted," so isn't eligible for a refund. I will AVOID anything related to this company.

They will not accept returns or exchanges if purchased on sale which I didn't see anywhere to buy that it isn't on sale (in my book that's deceptive)& after I purchased I saw it had aspartame & I will not use ANYTHING with that so I threw 5 bottles of product along with over $100 in the trash - bad policies - bad product - bad company

This business Purelywhite is a fraudulent business. Do not order from them. The customer service is non existent for any requests to cancel orders or subscriptions. It’s a scam!!!

I realized within seconds that the ad I read about this product was sponsored. I emailed the company within 5 minutes to request the sale be voided. I received an email two days later that said it was a sale item and could not be returned. There is no way that the order had even been processed when I sent the initial email. Poor customer service is the hallmark of a troubled business.

If I could I would rate it less than zero. They are deceptive and product is fraudulent. First, it doesnt work. Used it over a week and nothing. Second, I wanted to return but they refused. They say all sales are final plus I bought at a discount. However, it many places on the website it says you can return if not completely satisfied after trying it. Then they turn around and says you can only return unopened product. They lie and then cheat you. Other reviews I have read and people rave about it, I am sure they were paid to say that.

Wish I had looked at reviews before spending $30+ on a small jar of whitening powder. I couldn't get it to stay on my toothbrush with the small opening. I poured some into the lid but wasted a lot in doing so. The packaging is not good. I emailed customer service asking how to best use the product but received no response. When I was just looking at the product, I received no less than 3 emails reminding me to buy bc they ‘sell out fast’. DO NOT BUY THIS. There are lots of good whitening products on the market. This is a big waste of $ with no customer service after purchase.

I ordered a whitening kit. Advertisement for the toothpaste stated no hydrogen peroxide to which I am sensitive. It also did not give an ingredient list and it has Poly Propylene Glycol to which I am highly allergic. I tried to return, they refused the return.....it is unopened. Very unethical as full disclosure did not show in the sale information

This was a great experience and best product that I would recommend on other people. I would still order more in the future have my partner use this brand as well. Love the Teeth Brightening Powder!

BE CAREFUL - Ordered May 14 (3 wks ago), but still had NOT received, even after I contacted them through their Website 2X, now,...and...just sent a separate email. I'm afraid this might be a really slick-looking, but a FRAUDULENT Website !

I love this product so much. The item arrived on time and packaged well. I'll definitely be buying again.

Order one item, they send you two, and charge you $78.00 then you contact them by email, they tell you sorry, no refunds due to a flash sale. BS.

They charged a lot for delivery though some flaky service that delivered 2 miles from my home. That was fine, when after a week the powder did NOTHING I tried emailing the contact email to request refund. email bounced, website was flagged by Avast. PayPal IMMEDIATELY refunded my money. I really should have looked carefully at the fake Consumer Reports claims....duh.

The product amount and packaging comes with no instructions. I had a violent heart burn reaction after first use. (Never have heartburn)
In exploring return policy:
-12 days from order to return from “order” date.
-“Money back guarantee” requires numerous emails, photos, shipping,etc.
-success rate looks low judging from other customers.
-BEST SOLUTION-DON’T BUY IN THE FIRST PLACE: RIPOOFF!!

I ordered purely white on May 23 2026 was to receive on 5/27/26 on checking with tracking number it stated the delivery company UniUni stated something was wrong with my address no apartment number/ there’s no apartment number no delivery company ever had any issues. They stated it went back to the warehouse. So did the chat back and forth they are looking into it. Email the company need my refund back they kept saying Unfortunately can’t refund due this is a flash sale- advised no you said not satisfied you will get your refund within 30days and I pasted the logo with the message and advise is this ethical are you scammers working together with the delivery company. So today received a message through there chat trying to resend package. Emailed purely white deluxe again and my email came back saying failure no company email address by that name, did it again and it came back saying same thing . So beware. This is a scam. Never received any product or my money back.
