No refund of the money.

I decided to refund the package on its way to europe, but I can now confirm that I'll not be receiving my money back from the business, which is very disappointing. I even paid extra for its long delivery, and all that money has gone down the drain. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very unpleasant experience with this order. There was no clear information of this when reading through the sale and product that refunds are not possible. I've now learned that the hard way to say the least. Trash experience. I want my money back.

No sensitivity, and instant white results! I love love purely white!!!!!

I ordered a whitening kit, package said delivered, there’s no number to call. I email them they don’t respond right away, I informed them I never received the package. They stated not their problem. It’s the shippers problem. I will never order from them again. Hope you never have a delivery issue. They won’t reimburse or send new product. Yes package said delivered but with all thieves in this world I never received it. Such heartless people can’t resend a lousy 50.00 product back out to me. So sad. I’ll go buy crest whiting strips, or purchase another product somewhere else.

Purely white delux is a great product to whiten your teeth I had great results after 3 uses.

Total Garbage. I received the Purely White Deluxe. The light would not even turn on.
Customer service terrible, refuses to even help.
I would NEVER deal with this company.

Bad, waited 25 days to hear that my order wil finnaly be delivered the next day..one week later still nothing. While they say it is delivered. they don't send me a new one and I don't get my money back.. scam!

Great product noticed a difference after 2nd treatment

My order came and was missing the "mouthpiece". They said that was unusual, but that was a month ago and a week ago they said it was shipped.
Is this a scam or just the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have emailed them at least 4 times.
I would rate them a zero if possible. They can contact me at 610 329 7177 but I am not waiting by the phone. Rich0
