Bought 2 items from this supplier for weddings in Ireland and Canada. Bought the dresses online. One of the dresses ordered when fitted, was too big. Returned the dress looking for a refund. Got a call back from the shop to say that there was no return on sale items and they wanted €6.50 to cover the cost of returning the dress.

Was genuinely upset and asked if they could send back the same dress in a different size or any other item of clothing in a size smaller. No gesture of good will from the shop.

Asked if this was legal? They noted it was company policy. Checked online for their policy. This is what it states on their website:

'All sale, discounted or promotional items must be returned within 10 working days from receipt where we offer website credit, exchange, refund.' . This reference is from the following web address: https: // pureonline.ie / customer-help/

On the returns form (that you receive after you have purchased an item), it did state 'sale items are non returnable/non refundable', however its surely to late to be informed of this after you have made the purchase?

Cant recommend this shop to buyers - be especially careful if buying a sale item
