I've never had such a horrible experience with a merchant before this shop
When I placed my order, I also paid for the overnight shipping. The tracking number was created that day, but that's when it all went downhill. First, they sent an email that same day, saying my order was going out, but 3 days later, the tracking had not changed. I sent them an email and got no response, but that night the tracking updated saying it was finally dropped off at the post office. After that, I noticed that they had shipped it using the basic ground ship option, even though my receipt clearly shows I paid for overnight. I emailed them about this, asking for my extra shipping cost refunded, and again, there was no communication. They did not answer the phone when I called and when I called a second time, it rang twice, then went to voicemail like they hit the call decline button. It took a week and a half in total to get my order and they still have yet to contact me or refund the overnight shipping I paid for but never got. Had I known how horrible of a company they were, I would not have done business with them. Don't waste your time or money like I did, learn from my mistake.
