Scammed. Delivered a cheap brush. Can someone tell me how to report them

Fraud website. Ordered a cat toy and received a brush. No way to contact them..totally scam.

I had purchased two dog toys and what I got were two dog scrubs. They don't have any contact information other than an form on their website to fill in our contact information. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before purchasing from them.

Total Scam.
I usually never do COD and their website has that option only. So I was like something is fishy. I thought in a world where sellers like to get secured with a prepayment why COD?
So I decided that when the order comes I will open the box first and then make the payment. Thus, I placed the order for 2 items for Rs 2000.
But as fate had it, my mom took the order when I was having a shower and paid the money too.
Guess what was inside when I opened it? 2 pet scrubbers.
Then I looked for the contact information on the website.
Guess what? No email or number was on the website.
Then I googled "Pure Picks Scam" and saw that the same thing happened with other. So here I am writing a review for others to see and feel guilty that they just got scammed.

Purchased an item(purepick.co.in) for 1000rs and received another item worth 50rs..emails not responding and they don't have customer care phone number..they are scammers please beware

Scammers- cheap product delivered instead of the actual product. Ordered due to COD and now struggling to get the money back.

We’re scammed. We bought an interactive cat toy for 1.2k. And got cat brush instead. Beware of this scammer.

This website is fraud and they send you totally different cheap item and they show cash on delivery in there page. I trusted only because of COD

Fraud, no contact information either, reported to cybercrime

They're scammers, they send you a completely different items than what you pay for. They do it cash on delivery to gain trust, and I stupidly just trusted and paid without looking in the box and my 999rs cat toy turned out to be a 200rs lint roller.
