Pure Renewables Opiniones

not sure if residential arm is still trading, tried to book annual service (having paid for a S/O for the last year). phone line says not manned due to reorganisation and to email, so I emailed and it was an automated messaged saying I have left the company).. not very good. and no way to contact, but they keep taking the money for a service contract.

They keep invoicing me for work that didn't happen!
I only got a quick quote - no work was done and nobody came to my property. Why are you sending me invoices and threats of legal action?! I tried contacting them but it didn't help. Madness.

Everything was made easy from the initial quote to the final commissioning. Project managed by Connor the quality of the installation is excellent. I would definitely recommend Pure Renewables.

We’ve dealt with Pure Renewables for a number of years. They’ve installed an ASHP, solar panels and most recently a battery. A very good and experienced company to work with. We’d happily recommend them.

Pure Renewables recently installed an air source heat pump in my mum’s new build bungalow. Simple, efficient process and have dealt with the ofgem paperwork around the grant/subsidy
Happy to recommend both them and their work

Pure are a great company - from initial contact, through project specification, then installation of a gshp, to annual servicing. Five years on and I remain a very happy customer and am always happy to recommend their services to others. Oh... and the house has been warm for 5 years - pure genius.

16 solar panels added on flat roof. Great informed service. Working well.

Great result.
Ordered solar install end of May. Was expecting to be on solar by end of June but due to ridiculous amount of time government took to issue the G99 permit install completed by 21st August.
After permit issued system was up and running within 2 weeks.
All in all very pleased with the result lowering my energy cost to virtually nothing.
Install team where efficient, professional, and even cleaned up after themselves.
Supported by a professional team back at the office I would recommend this company for any future projects.

Following my smooth installation, the system is actually working better than I thought it would do. Extremely happy customer and great company to work with.

I first encountered Pure Renewables when they were recommended as one of three potential suppliers (we needed multiple quotes) for PV electricity and heat pumps at our local Village Hall. They impressed immediately with their competence and know-how, but (unfortunately, as things turned out) another supplier was initially selected on the basis that they were also willing to provide extensive building insulation as well as PV and heat pumps, all in a single contract. This choice turned out to be a significant mistake! Whilst the contractor concerned (whom I won't name here) did a competent job of the requisite insulation upgrade, their technical competence on the PV and heat pump side of things was manifestly lacking, and we ended up (by mutual agreement) terminating their contract after the insulation work was done. We then brought in Chris Whitelock and his team at Pure Renewables - a total breath of fresh air, professional, knowledgeable and willing to engage extensively in discussing our requirements and making constructive suggestions as to how these could best be met. The Village Hall equipment was beautifully installed and is now generating literally thousands of pounds' worth of electricity per year. Choosing Pure to provide a PV installation for our home was then an easy choice. We've just had 26 solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3 installed, and are already enjoying tens of kWh per day of solar generation. The work was largely completed in a single day (after scaffolding erection the previous day, and plus a few hours commissioning on the third day) - an impressive and very well-coordinated feat. Project manager Connor and electrician Mike made a lengthy site visit whilst the scaffolding was going up, and took time and trouble to discuss installation options such as location of the PV panels and inverters, making sure we were happy with everything before they started work. The entire job was done on time and completed very neatly. Pure may not be the very cheapest on the very wide market these days, but I'm confident they are among the best, and as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". Unhesitatingly recommended and we look forward to their return soon to install a heat pump.

Very professional, Had Powerwall 3 and expansion installed separately as well as ground mounted solar, good team throughout. Excellent quality install and good aftercare.

I have already reccommended Pure renewables to two other people I know such was the quality and professionalism displayed by their team when fitting me air source heat pump , the water is red hot and the air pump makes less noise than a small fan

I used Pure Renewables for my PV, battery storage and gateway. They had a variety of battery options required and I chose a British made battery system. It was all very easy and efficient. All the team involved were great and the solar and battery was up and running on day one. I had a power cut on the day after install and the battery kicked in straight way and allowed me to be off grid, I am very happy with the product and service I got.

I recently had my old gas boiler removed and replaced with an air source heat pump by Pure Renewables, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.

The consultation process was thorough — they took the time to explain how the system works, what would be involved in the installation, and the benefits I could expect. On installation day, the engineers arrived on time, worked neatly, and completed the job within the estimated schedule. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Since switching to the air source heat pump, my heating has been consistent and efficient. It’s reassuring to know that I’ve moved to a more sustainable solution, and I’ve already noticed a difference in energy usage.

Overall, I’d highly recommend Pure Renewables to anyone considering renewable heating solutions. Their expertise and customer care really stood out.

Highly recommended - did a great job fitting solar panels and battery on our house. Visited a couple of times in advance to discuss options and questions we had, then very flexible on fitting in the job to work with our roofer. Very happy with the job and system is working very well. Good support throughout and follow up post installation. Thanks!

April 2025 battery/inverter install (they had previously installed solar PV in 2012). Competive £ and higher quality kit than alternatives. Really helpful in advising what was needed and on installation options. Work completed quickly with no issues. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Chris and his team did an excellent job of fitting our new Stiebel Eltron Air Source Heat Pump in our new home. The guys were charming, efficient and tidy workers and completed the job with minimal disruption. It's our second heat pump installation by Pure Renwables who had fitted a ground source heat pump in our previous home 10 years ago. Repeat business is the best flattery I can give. These guys are undoubtedly the best. 5* +++

Following my recent work from Pure Renewables, we had a quote for a heat pump. we received a detailed quotation outlining all the work involved. 3 new radiators, a new hot water tank, removal of the Gas boiler. we agreed a start date and off we went. the staff were super efficient always keeping me informed with the progress & leaving the house tidy as they left. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of taking advantage of the Government scheme. The only real shame is we now have to wait until the autumn to fully feel the saving benefits.

Pure renewables were very efficient, neat and tidy when installing our UFH and heat pump system for a new build bungalow. It all works really well many thanks

Pure Renewables were consulted about removing an old solar heating system and replacing it with a solar PV system. They visited, gave advice and put together an appropriate package. The workmen were both cheerful and efficient. Minor glitches were sorted out. Both the office and those people visiting us were helpful. We recommend them.
