I have not received my package
I did not receive my package, however, they emailed me to confirmed there was a mistake from them and they will post it to me. Looking forward to try the coffee.

Shrinkflation
I have absolutely no complaints regarding the products or delivery. What I do take issue with is that I purchased 2 x 250g bags only to find that what arrived were 220g bags. This is totally unacceptable and I would ask for an explanation. For others thinking of purchasing from this company I would think twice as you will not be getting what you paid for.

We made our small bags 220g to cushion some of the increasing cost of supplying high quality product. I thought I'd changed all listings to reflect this change but I've obviously made a mistake and missed a platform. I'd like the chance to put this right so I'll update the website you ordered from today and if you'd like to choose a blend I'll have an extra bag shipped to you. Great Coffee, Better Service
Been using Pure Roasters for a couple of years now and this review is long overdue. The coffee is consistently amazing, and on the very rare occasion there's an issue, like when the postie can't get into the close and doesn't leave a card, they're always on the ball and ready to keep your supply going.
Couldn't go anywhere else for my coffee, it's just too good
