In December 2025 I ordered a knee therapy gadget that costed over a hundred bucks . Instead, I received a red light waist band. Not only the wrong product, but is more than 30 dollars less. I tried to reach out with the instructions given for returns n refunds. No contact . I tried twice in a one week span. Nothing. I’m more than happy to forward the email I sent to the email twice that specifically states on the website for returns and refunds. If they are not being received on the companies’s end that’s another problem n should be looked into my opinion in order to provide a better customer experience. Hopefully that will be considered instead of writing off feedback as misleading.
