I have ordered X2 units Metabolics Vitamin B Complex Liquid 100 ml, only received note that order is received, payment processed.

Been 12 days by now, no status of the order, nothing.

Tried to call several times, e-mails - nothing.

Very unprofessional, and BIG NO FOR FUTURE!

I placed the order a few days ago and they asked me to update my address. I sent them many emails and got no response.I asked where my order is but I'm not getting an answer. I hope I don't lose my money.

I will have to update my post, a week after posting my last review he resent the package with what i assume is the missing items (havent been home n opend the package yet) indicating that he wanna do whats right

Wich is a good sign. I wich others that felt they were scammed came back and made a update

Lasst die Finger von diesem Laden! Ich habe dort Ware bestellt, bezahlt und dann wochenlang keine Antwort auf meine Nachfragen nach dem Verbleib der Ware bekommen. Erst als ich Trusted Shops informiert habe, meine Bestellung widerrufen habe und die mir das Geld erstatten wollten, kam am darauffolgenden Tag die Meldung, dass die Ware versandt sei. Für eine Rücksendung sollst Du dann das Porto selbst zahlen ohne dass Du sicher bist, Dein Geld wieder zurückzubekommen. Erst als es ums Geld ging, hat sich PureWelt gemeldet und schließlich zugesagt, ein Rücksendelabel zu schicken. Daraufhin habe ich aber wiederum nichts mehr von der Firma gehört.

I deeply regret ever placing an order with Pure Welt. This company is an absolute joke—or more accurately, a scam. I paid for products that I never received, and after countless emails, messages, and attempts to reach out, I’ve been met with total silence. Not a single response. Not even an automated “we got your message.” Nothing.

They were quick to take my money but completely vanished afterward. No tracking info, no updates, no customer service—just radio silence. It honestly feels like this company exists solely to take people’s money and disappear.

Avoid Pure Welt like the plague. Save your time, money, and sanity. If you’re reading this because you’re thinking about buying something—DON’T. You’ll thank yourself later.

Very bizzare to read the reviews. Ive order two times from them, and i saw this page after my first order. it arrived so i did the second either way - it arrived as well

Are you guys updating to early and having the situation solved later on? ive sent email to the guy and he responds. so you guys should really post a update on your reviews

Habe mir von purewelt via Ebay ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel von Swanson liefern lassen. Meine Erfahrung: alles o.k.! Das Produkt wie beschrieben, die Lieferung pünktlich, nichts fehlte.

Am 13. Oktober habe ich ein Produkt für 63,22 € bestellt und leider per PayPal bezahlt. Seither habe ich von diesem angeblichen Shop nichts mehr gehört und auch keine Ware erhalten.

ich habe letzte woche etwas bestellt, auf Nachfrage nach der Sendungsnummer wurde mir gesagt, der Artikel sei nicht vorrätig und es wird die nächsten Tage verschickt. Auf erneute Nachfrage der Sendungsnummer wird sich nicht mehr bei mir gemeldet.

you cant even manage to consume the products before the best before date runs out.

40Eur products with less than 2 month before too old.

1 product that was too old in march this year, illegal to sell.

and the rest had very short shelf life too.

I ordered vitamins February 1, 2023. Paid through PayPal, which I hadn't wanted. They've never sent the product nor refunded my money. They don't answer e-mails, except once by a "Torben", but nothing. I'm even blocked from their website. PayPal hasn't responded to my request for refund. TOTAL SCAM! I'm now contacting my National Police for cyber crime and looking for German cyber crime/fraud office. Anyone know how to contact them?

Mir geht es so vielen hier. Alles im Voraus bezahlt und leider nicht alles geliefert. Bestellt dort nichts.

Lieferung nicht vollständig. Von 6 Artikeln 5 geliefert. Email's geschrieben um die Sache zu klären, aber keine Antwort bekommen. Kein Geld zurück fuer nicht gelieferte aber bezahlte Ware! Es sind Betrüger, Bestellt nicht bei purewelt.com War unklug, nicht vor der Bestellung ihre Seite nach Resession zu überprüfen. Niemals mehr bei Purewelt. com bestellen!
