Excellent customer service …
I ordered a pair of tamaris runners from purple tag. Eimear contacted me to inform me the last pair they could source had a mark on the right shoe and enclosed a picture of same. If I wanted to go ahead with the order I could avail of a significant discount and still return if not suitable.
I went ahead with the order and my account was immediately credited with the discount.
I am delighted with my shoes and the excellent customer service I received.
