The picture came out perfect for my son-in-law's birthday

I bought a personalised Labrador portrait for my brother, and he absolutely loved it. We had it framed and it now has pride of place in his home. Such a fun and unique way to celebrate your dog – the quality is excellent, and I’d definitely recommend Purr & Mutt.

Having ordered 3 of these with my cats 1-2 years ago I was excited to buy one for a friend who loved them. But was disappointed as it seems to be auto generated now so didn’t have her cats distinct face pattern. It looked more like a realistic drawing unlike mine which are actual photos. Wouldn’t use again for this reason

Very easy and enjoyable experience

It’s difficult to communicate with the team as all orders are done by AI. I’d like to put my dog’s name on the photo but it couldn’t be done.
Also the quality of the paper is poor & it looks like the images are generated by AI (I can do it myself with AI at home). The price is too expensive with the quality like that!

I bought the digital photo but same issue like last time order. The photo does not fit on the screen of my phone.

I did order 4 times with this company, but the quality is decreased.

Really happy with both portraits of our boys. We had regular updates on the order and they were received in exactly 7 days from order.

Really confused by the negative reviews… Have ordered three times from Purr & Mutt and honestly everything has been perfect!
The quality is fantastic and the delivery time was really prompt, genuinely faultless!

Great product arrived in good time and kept informed throughout the whole process.

I ordered a portrait back in February. After the package arriving late and going to the incorrect address it finally came. Only to be printed in landscape with half of the dogs head cut off. The ‘preview’ I received for approval was in portrait. I’ve had no response so far, but an extremely frustrating experience to give a gift to someone.

Everything was perfect ! They really took care of showing up the final result and delivery was fast. The quality of the product it’s very good !
