Good customer service and fast delivery

Ordered a car seat that was on back order. Emma was great at keeping me up to date when I asked for the lead time.
Just over a week after ordering the car seat arrived.

Dreadful customer experience or care. I asked to return or exchange a sealed new item on last day of valid exchange time and the refused as was a Sunday and they didn’t del with it.. would never use again as they don’t reply to mails..

I cannot speak highly enough about Pushchair Expert. I found them whilst browsing for a Travelling System as my contribution towards my first grandchild and knew that we wanted quality as well as good pricing.

have asked to return an unopened pram bundle bought less than 30 days ago, as their refund policy states, I am entitled to a refund. Only to be told I cannot after 14 days ! And can only get store credit. Completely unacceptable customer service, I’m hoping to escalate this as it’s completely unacceptable and false advertising. 🙃

Really happy with the pricing, communication and delivery. The items I ordered were on back order so I emailed to ask about this and was given an update immediately. Delivery was prompt.

Ordered Cybex car seat. Item was delivered and the large very obvious item was left on the doorstep. I came home, item missing. I reported the missing item to the delivery company who stated a signature was not required by the retailer. I would never authorise doorstep delivery of such a high cost item. I then reported this to the retailer and the police. The retailer has failed to resolve the issue nor refund. This is a retailer issue not purchaser. They have failed to successfully deliver and this breaches the consumer act. It has now been 4 weeks I have been without an item that was paid for in faith.

On ordering I was not given a delivery date and I am concerned the car seat won’t be here in time for the arrival of the baby.
I still don’t know the delivery date a week after ordering and paying.
