Orders sometimes take a little while to ship, but they always deliver exactly what was ordered, and it's so easy to upload the shopping list directly from OSM. I love the fact that postage is free and the packaging recyclable.

I only needed to order a small item from the store which was hardly worth the free postage. The order arrived very quickly with a lovely handwritten note attached. However, the colour of the item I had ordered was wrong (my fault!) and I had to order another one in a different colour. I even offered to pay for the postage for this one. The order was sent yet again very quickly, with no request to pay for the postage and another lovely handwritten note attached. Very impressed and delighted to receive this sort of service - I will definitely be using the store again in the future. Thank you so much!

Despite not having my item in stock, I was kept informed by email of when the item would be despatched, and also sent a replacement in a different size when needed.

It's so easy to order scout badges (using OSM badge report). Only improvement would be if all badges were in stock all the time.
