When acquiring cars I have used a number of finance companies over the years & I have to say Q Finance are by far the best. There ability to get the best deal, guide you through the process & execute the transaction was of the highest level & I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great service an hassle free service

Never used this company before and I must say what a find. Bought a Porsche GT3 and had the finance set up via Porsche until I spoke to the team at Q finance and they smashed the deal out the park compared to Porsche. Application took 20 mins and the money was in the bank the next day. I will certainly be using g them again.

I talked to james yesterday he said the price of the car lower down by 900£ with the dealer, so I happy to go with it. Today I made a deposit at the dealer then james told me he made a mistake that the car should be at the original price with no discount. Then I ask him how much altogether I need to pay to lender he replied at 5000£. Later he sent me the doc then I found in the doc it was 6000£. I think this company is not trustworthy and I choose another finance company

On my arrival John check up on me which I found very nice. And he didn't have to do so but he was very welcoming and helped me with a few things on the car and about the car. I recently took out my first lot of finance and Q-finance where my first pick, everything went smoothly there was no hassle and all of the staff I spoke to where very polite and a great help, would definitely recommend taking finance out with them

Overall very courteous and helpful. One or two little hiccups which may even on our part be to blame as we were not used to have dealings with an intermediary broker. Overall Sarah couldn't have been more helpful in securing as car finance.

The forms were easy to sign and communication was generally good from company. However I was unable to go further than clicking the link that was texted to me to verify my id. I kept getting either an error message or message that my phone didn't have enough memory, which wasn't the case. Perhaps a better method of verification or back up method might be better in future?

Efficient, prompt, friendly service with a quick decision

Very straight forward, no hassle. When asked to change the term of the finance all was done with a great attitude not like a chore. Got competitive APR to other big fish in the pond and end up with a very attractive deal. I'm terrible with names but all 3 people I had a chance to talk to were professional and helpful. At least you could feel they want to close that deal with you and make you happy as a customer. Definitely will consider this company in the future at the first place before trying to go somewhere else.
