I love the Q+A SPF Niacinamide, But please change the packaging, it’s so horrible and doesn’t work all the time, I struggle when I press, the product doesn’t come out and it feels like it has ended up already whilst not.

I have no idea who is leaving these reviews..! I must have got a faulty product.. I try and constantly use creams for dry skin and this one is up there with the Worst I’ve ever used..! It’s awful and so sticky and no way does it absorb. It’s just sticky, nothing else. I would Not Recommend

I don't write reviews often but I just love Q&A. Been using their products for a few years now after I met the team at the Stylist Live event in London. Product quality is top notch, I've tried so many and they're all fabulous, my sensitive skin adores them all. I love the new SPFs and the bundles are such a good way to save and try some more new bits. Also the order always comes ridiculously fast. Big love guys, keep up the great work and thanks!

I have been ordering directly from this company for years and have not had a single issue.

Packages are packaged very well with good protective packaging and cutely displayed inside.

Ordering from the website is nice and easy, although you process your order via Shopify when you checkout.

Products themselves are great quality despite the affordable pricing and Q+A often have deals and discounts.

I also like the fact my order is delivered by Royal Mail rather than Evri.

Will be buying my skincare from them for many years to come.

The BEST PRODUCTS I have ever purchased!!

I damaged my skin barrier and tried this on a whimp last year thanks to TikTok and it didn't even take long for my skin to return to normal. I have just recently extended my product range and have bought the retinol and it's amazing! It's not harsh on my skin and I saw a difference straight away. The hyaluronic acid is just amazing, I switch with niacinamide and my skin has been looking beautiful!! I am not sure which one amongst the product that is making my hyperpigmentation fade but this is the first time I can actually see a difference a special with products that aren't harsh on my skin. I am so happy. Also, the packaging 10/10 I don't need to break my brain figuring out what it's good for or how to use it, everything is on the container. Please don't change that. And for the price, this is a bargain!! Thank you for giving my confidence back ☺️

I am a 50 something male.

I have THE most sensitive skin on my face. For years I used Kiss My Face Vit A and E cream, then 12 months ago they stopped making it.

This is no exaggeration, I have literally tried THIRTY different skincare brands and creams and EVERY SINGLE ONE bought me out in redness, dryness and one even badly burnt my face. I used all the high end Brands you can think of at great cost. Clarins being the worst on my face. Boots loved me as I was forever in there!

I don't give up easily and was walking past Holland and Barrett in Stafford one day and went in to see if they had any new products or that I'd not tried! The lady introduced me first to the Hyurlonic Acid serum and I could not believe it moisturised my skin well and absolutely no irritation.

From there I tried the Collagen moisturiser and that had no side effects either.

Now, I have almost the whole range and can use every single one. It's awesome as my face was getting so dry without creams.

I start off in the morning with the Grapefruit cleanser, then Vitamin C Serum, then Hyurlonic (can never spell that!) Acid Serum, then the petide serum followed by one of my 5 tubs of different creams.

At night I used the Grapefruit cleanser, hyurlonic Acid, peptide serum, then Retinol serum, then Food Oil serum which is SO moisturising.

None of their products stink to high heaven like most. they are all thankfully stench (perfume allegedly) free.

I can never understand why Brands use perfumes in their creams as it's a very personal choice, I choose my mens' niche fragrance to wear and I don't want it enforced upon me in anything.

The best thing too is their whole range is affordable, as to sustain a good skin regime it has to be affordable, unlike most of the brands.

I cannot thank this Company enough for their products and I hope they continue to go from strength to strength.

Bought a jar of htp 5 face cream from Holland and Barrett to find it was only half full! For the price I paid, I feel ripped off

I’ve used quite a few products from Q+A and they have all been really good, I like that they don’t test their products on animals and that they’re a local company to me being in Norwich. Their products are good value and reasonably priced and I’d recommend them to anyone as they cater for all skin types.

Been using Q+A skincare for over a year now and have loved everything I’ve tried but my particular favourites are the body lotions and body butters with their beautiful citrus scents which seem to linger for a long time on the skin. Also recommending the gift packs. Beautifully packaged and the products last a good length of time .. mine took me through a one week trip abroad. Looking forward to trying other products in the range .

I’ve been using Q+A Skincare for a few years now and I love the products. They really do work. Favourites include the grapefruit cleanser and collagen face cream and serum! These are perfect for my skin and affordable too. What more is there to love!

Q+A is a fab company for great quality, affordable skincare.
Products like the Grapefruit cleanser and Chamomile night cream are firm favourites in my skincare routine and I wouldn’t be without them.

Amazing skincare products that are really affordable. They just seem to really work. Q+A are the main skincare brand I use now. Excellent customer service, loyalty scheme if you buy direct from them and regular offers on their website.

I have used Q&A for well over a year now and have found their products cost effective but also skin effective! Their skin checker on the website is really helpful at diagnosing which products would work for your skin type!
I am fully converted to Q&A and every skin care product I use is by them, except eye make up remover! Everything is recyclable, and not tested on animals, Also vegan friendly.
I have aging/ dry skin and have found the products that I use have made a difference to my complexion by plumping and reducing my fine lines.
My items also arrive in a timely manner and dispatch is prompt.

Like a lot of people I’ve used so many different skin care products, and then I came across the Q+A. It’s a natural range of skincare and affordable. You can choose the products that are right for you … highly recommend Q+A range.

I have been a Q +A customer for a couple of years - I wanted to try a vegan alternative - the products are outstanding and reasonably priced. I began with facial products but now use the body products which have gorgeous fragrance. I love the range available and the fact I can have different products to suit my skin - as it changes. I appreciate the range to ring the changes knowing it will be good. The website is easy to use and with the points I earn it allows me to get products I like ‘free’ regularly. I am an older customer but all ages in my family have liked the products when I have gifted them!

I’ve been using Q&A products for a while now and they have all been excellent. Really great quality and value for money. I’ve noticed a great improvement in my skin after using some of the serums and moisturiser. The body moisturiser and shower oil are my particular favourites. I’d highly recommend this brand.

Great affordable skincare, what’s not to love!

From completing the quiz online to receiving the first order, the whole experience was really easy and informative. I love the fact the products are recommended based on my needs. Buying skincare can be such a minefield, so the online advice was invaluable. I really like the bundles, as they work together and the price is even better than buying individually.

The packing is also super nice, I regularly gift q&a products to friends, as the boxes look fab when they arrive.

I have been using their products for a few years, and I really feel like my skin has improved. I would recommend Q&A products to anyone.
