la Sua recensione contiene affermazioni **non conformi ai dati oggettivi della spedizione** e richiede quindi una precisazione puntuale.
Il Suo ordine **#3538** risulta:
* **spedito regolarmente**
* **consegnato dal vettore con conferma di consegna (proof of delivery)**
* con registrazione **avvenuta con firma**
Pertanto, l’affermazione “ordine mai arrivato” è **smentita dai dati ufficiali del corriere**.
Inoltre:
* Lei ha **aperto una disputa tramite il circuito di pagamento**
* abbiamo **già trasmesso tutta la documentazione alla banca** in data 2 aprile 2026
* la pratica è attualmente **in fase di revisione** e seguirà i tempi tecnici del circuito (fino a 120 giorni)
Precisiamo anche che:
* in presenza di **consegna certificata**, eventuali contestazioni di mancata ricezione devono essere supportate da **denuncia formale di smarrimento/furto**
* senza tale documentazione, **non è possibile procedere ad alcun rimborso aggiuntivo**

Bestellung wurde Storniert
Habe am 23.03.2026 6 mal Predator Edp 100ml Parfum bestellt (Bestellnr. 3736). Am 26.06.2026 in Bestellung gesehen und festgestellt, das sie storniert wurde. Keine Mail von der Stornierung in meinem Postfach gefunden. Kontakt zum Verkäufer am 26.03.2026 angefragt. Mittags 27.03.2026 eintrag bei Trustpilot gemacht. Abends am 27.03.2026 meldung von Paypal das ich mein Geld zurück erhalten soll. Abmahnungen von Qathu bekommen. Soll Bewertung entfernen, da es sonst zur Anzeige kommt. Stand 04.04.2026 Papypal Status Rückzahung offen.
10.04.2026 Rückzahlung durch Paypal abgeschlossen.

Ihre Darstellung ist objektiv unzutreffend und bedarf einer präzisen Korrektur auf Grundlage der dokumentierten Abläufe.
1. Stornierung und Rückerstattung
Die Bestellung #3736 vom 23.03.2026 wurde ordnungsgemäß storniert.
Die vollständige Rückerstattung in Höhe von 50,31 € wurde bereits am 27.03.2026 über PayPal autorisiert (Transaktionsnachweis vorhanden).
2. Zahlungsstatus PayPal
Der von Ihnen erwähnte Status „offen“ liegt ausschließlich im Verantwortungsbereich von PayPal.
Dieser technische Zwischenstatus stellt keinen fehlenden Zahlungsvorgang dar und ist für den Kunden jederzeit direkt im PayPal-Konto nachvollziehbar.
3. Kommunikation
Alle Systemvorgänge (Stornierung und Rückerstattung) sind automatisch protokolliert und ausgelöst worden.
Die Behauptung, es habe „keine Information“ gegeben, ist daher nicht belastbar.
4. Ihre öffentliche Darstellung
Ihre Aussage, es sei „keine Rückzahlung erfolgt“, ist nachweislich falsch.
Tatsächlich bestätigen Sie selbst, dass die Rückzahlung am 10.04.2026 abgeschlossen wurde.
5. Zum Vorwurf angeblicher Drohungen
Es wurde keine Anzeige angedroht, sondern lediglich die Korrektur einer nachweislich unzutreffenden Bewertung gefordert.
