I am undocumented, but am able to stay safe and get tested for free. The process is easy and the people are kind.

This is based on my cumulative experience from the access to service as a skeptic onto being pleasantly surprised by the medical evaluation in it’s thoroughness and professionalism; being linked to an excellent pharmacy with matching customer service to literally immediate response and action when I needed healthcare coverage. I’m a retired mental health service provider who has provided telehealth services. The service at Q Care is beyond what I could have imagined to deliver so I can tell this ethos starts at the top and everyone is bought in. My Thanks to you.

I've been with QCarePlus for almost a year, and wow, what an incredible experience. I used to be billed for the doctor's visit, the labs, and the prescription. Now, with QCarePlus, I dont have to pay for labs or the doctor's visits because THEY ARE FREE! They only use my insurance to pay for the PrEP medication. Even better, the staff at QCarePlus enrolled me in the copay program so I ended up having $0 out of pocket costs for the first time ever. My provider, Anthony Interrante, responds to my questions promptly and he's always so nice! Nurse Practitioners are my favorite!

The staff at QCarePlus seem to be very LGBTQIA informed and it's been a pleasure working with them. I've recommended them to my friends and others in the community.

This was by far the most enjoyable medical visit that I’ve been had. They were professional and extremely kind. They also have great information and helped me decide what medicine was going to be right for me.

Easy, took 2 weeks turn around to send in samples and get prep delivered to my door from day of appointment. Highly recommend vs going to local clinic.

Horrible experience with this company, poor communication skills try to force you to use a pharmacy that them will not transfer to preferred pharmacy no communication they just don’t care if they take money from the state of Florida claiming they’re doing good work, but when it comes time to saving money on your prescriptions to the pharmacy to afford it. They don’t wanna lift a finger. Any registered medical professional can prescribed any pharmacy I would not recommend this. I hope they get shut down, will be reporting to the state health board and

Possibly the worst “care”I’ve ever received. No communication whatsoever with their “partner” pharmacy and no personalized care whatsoever. I’ve had to restart prep 3 times because they can’t get it together.

Excellent service from a very professional team. They made the process very simple. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Much better than Nurx.
