Placed order on 03/03/26. Then found out that they do not have the products available and I asked for cancellation - as it was in pending and was confirmed that they will not charge. But they charged the credit card and took the money. Why qisupplements.com are allowed to create orders when no product available. Other distributors mark out of stock and do not allow to order if product not available.
How to stop qisupplements.com from such practice - to take order and charge when product not available and nothing to be shipped? Where to complain and how to complain about such practices?
Qisupplements.com do not have an address on their web page.

It looks that many situations of fraud - taking orders and charging money credit card without product available and nothing to be shipped.

no even remotely accurate. All items were refunded. We are a small company, so our software is not where we would like for automated processes. We have quite a few people, 4 people help out with customer service, Gee being the customer service manager (gee@qisupplements.com). We have 2 people shipping, and 2 people who manage the day to day. The majority of our products are in stock, but the issue we keep having is the new tariffs and regulations have some items stuck in FDA or Customs review, and takes months to get any traction with them. If you want to talk to me, my information is in every single email that goes out, and it goes directly to my inbox if you have problems. I can tell you for sure I haven't seen any email from you. You can also look up our reviews on review.io, which is 3rd party, and show ACTUAL reviews from ACTUAL customers.

Bought from Qi many times

I have bought peptides from Qi Supplements many times. I recommend both the company as well as the products they sell! If I have a question, I ask in the chat and always get a reply. If you want to make sure an item is in stock, send them a message and they will tell you. When I purchased an item that wasn't in stock, after I asked, they refunded the charge, no problem. I have chronic health conditions that have improved greatly after using peptides. These are not easy to find products and I am so grateful that Qi Supplements provides access to them!

An absolute SCAM

An absolute SCAM. They took my order, charged my credit card, informed me of shipping and sent tracking information. Tracking app showed the product delivered. When I saw that nothing was delivered and contacted the customer service. They responded by saying that the item is out of stock but they can keep my money until it is back in stock. Like I said- SCAM.

This isnt accurate… you placed the order on 15th. It wasnt shipped due to stock. You called to cancel, and we offered an alternative product. You refused and proceeded to cancel, this was approved, and we will finalize the full refund by end of day.

I got my order quickly and as expected. There’s no expiration date, so I can’t speak to that but the product appears good.

I didn’t subscribe, so I can’t speak to that feature either.

Company baits and switches

Company baits and switches. They send a product that is different than on the website and the labelling does not disclose what's in the product. There is no way that I would take these products. Customer service will argue with you and try to gaslight you about the labelling and flat out hang up on you. I had to threaten them with contacting the FDA to get a refund. It was a big waste of time and a lot of grief. The company has no conscience about how they conduct business. Then, they shorted the refund by .28. What's that all about?

5 months of autoships that never came, no response to emails

I was getting an item on the autoship program - in July I was billed for one, again in September and again in October - none of them have arrived yet I was charged each time when they knew they were out of stock - I have written twice saying I want a refund and to cancel the autoship and they don't even respond. This is now a total of over $100 I've been charged for something I've not received. First, they should not bill an autoship when they know they don't have the item and of course they should respond to my request. Also, if someone is taking something to help a particular health issue and suddenly can't get it for 5 months it is rather useless.

We have since resolved all of our shipment issues. We now have almost everything in stock. We are also a few weeks out to have an integrated inventory into our site that will accurately show stock.

Unsafe product

I purchased Epilaton. The company did not tell me it was out of stock, I had to reach out 5 days after purchase to find out (and she didn't know when it would be restocked. Then they send me Endoluten instead. I open the box (shipping packaging was fine) and there were 4 blister that were very clearly open. I contacted them again and couldn't believe she expected me to use the rest and only offer 10% refund. These are NOT safe.

SENT EXPIRED PRODUCTS (ex by 2 years)

I work for a medical office that orders hundreds of supplements a month for multiple companies. This experience has been the most horribly absurd and disgusting experiences I’ve ever had. We order about 4k of supplements, and after 4 months still have not received the entire order. But the main problem, is that of the supplements we did receive, half of them had expired some by 2 YEARS, contacted the company multiple times and when I called the 5th time after leaving 3 emails, they said they had sent me numerous email responses to both me and my boss. I checked both inboxes tip to tail 3 times. NOTHING. So they forwarded me one message, but when I asked for the rest they sent me screenshots, I asked them to forward me the original messages but was told “the system wouldn’t let them do that”, after I had already been forwarded one.

They said they would refund the expired items and the supplements that have not come once I returned them. I sent that out, but they refuse to refund the supplements that have expired since I’ve started the dispute. We will see if I get a refund.

This company profits off of products that have expired or are so old they will soon expire once you get them. Supplements are generally supposed to have a 2-3 year shelf life once you receive them. It’s clear to me a lot of there inventory has been in some warehouse for years. Mind you it is ILLEGAL to sell expired supplements.

The companies response to this message 8 months later was “that is was impossible to have items on the shelf that long in their company and that I must be mistaken due to the Russian supplement dates, but the supplements that I complained about weren’t the ones made in Russia, the ones made in Russia we never received. I got a refund for the expired supplements that I had to send pictures of the (EXP) date to proof before receiving payment.

Thats a common misunderstanding as there are 2 dates that is shown on the Russian product. one is manufacturing date, and one is expiration. a lot of people assume the manufacturing date is the expiration date, which looks like they are expired.
With the speed at which our products sell we barely shelf items for 60 days, as we're always getting in new stock. So its physically impossible to have products sit on the shelf for that long.

Delayed but got everything!

Alright, this company is not a scam, they're selling products that are not in inventory and scrambling to get it to customers. It took me like 2 months to finally receive everything I ordered. I did receive everything but it took a lot longer than expected. I was told that it was because of the sanction on Russia. They asked me repeatedly to switch to a German made brand but I refused. I wanted to try the Russian bioregulators, the original, as a reference before trying the synthetic version or another brand from another country. I will give it a shot with the synthetic version first then I'll try the German brand after.

They are selling products they do not…

They are selling products they do not physically have with no disclosure to the buyer. I made the huge mistake of ordering from them without checking here first. I placed an order through them because it
said they would ship within 1 business day and I needed the items quickly for health reasons. Yet I get an email from them saying the brand I ordered is not in stock but, they have the U.S. labeled version
and if I would like that instead. I agreed only because I wanted them ASAP ! 30 days later and I still do not have them, or my other products I ordered. I am pretty sure it is against some law to sell items to
people that you don't not physically have without disclosing it. 2 counts of absolute dishonesty and extremely poor business practice. Truly I have never been so disgusted when dealing with a company.
Finally after all the non-sense and back and forth I asked for a refund for products I did not receive , I was told it would be issued in 24-48 hours. Well take a wild guess you think they could do the right thing ?
It has been 10 days since I was told they would be issuing a refund and still nothing, now the 3rd time being lied to. For your own sake stay away from this place. People like this do not deserve anyone's hard
earned money or business.
