ZERO Stars!!!! DO. NOT.USE. TBIS WEBSITE!!!!! I have tried three times to book flights and have been unsuccessful. Ive slected flights paid then waited hours for confirmation only to finally get an email that the booking cant be completed. Yes i got my money back but damn, how hard is it to complete a booking!? Three strikes and you are out kiwi.com I will never use this site again and will tell everyone I know the same. Completely inept!

Bait and click scammers.
Made a search, their price is $2,500. Ok, fine. Filled out all the forms, and at the end it says Uups, price just changed by $1,500 (guess which way! :) ). Make the same search again - the same low price still advertised. Time waisted, gain 0.

Всегда считал бредом концепцию "номер вашего кошелька это номер вашего телефона". Какой глупец это придумал? Кому показалось хорошей идеей разбрасывать свои конфиденциальные данные направо и налево?

Mycket oseriös uppringning men blev tveksam på flera saker så bad dem skicka e-post med ett förslag. Säljaren gav mycket skickligt intrycket av att det var min nuvarande operatör jag talade med. När en digital signering kom från Qiwi förstod jag att något var fel....
Kvinnan var mycket duktig bedragare!!!

Varning för detta företag. Lurar sina kunder. Anlita aldrig detta företag!

Today I want to tell, I have very bad experience with Kiwi team. I booked the ticket and Becz of bad weather flight got cancel by United. United said will refund and refunded as well. But these people not able to refund my money it’s almost 700$.
Also these people taking in $ amount and purchasing with different currency. That’s means they will purchase there own credit card so that if any airlines refunded, then that money goes to there credit card.

Plez never and ever buy any tickets from this company and it’s frud.

they are very stupid and scammers, and that's why russia revoked their banking licence and they are closing now, i had about 30$ i deposited in their website and couldn't use it till now or even withdraw it, they ask you for stupid russian documents even if you are not russain. even though you are not russain they will allow you to regsiter and deposite money and then boom you can't use your money, it is like they say "we will take your money till you come to russia" never ! , easy scam.

I would give them a zero star if I could. This is a scam, they steal your momey. They make you pay and you never see the face of any thick or flights. They booked me a flight and made me wait at the airport foe 9 hours, when you call no one answer and manager hide without answering the phone. This is a scam please runaway and never buy any flights from here. I have proves of my phone calls and my messages, no answer .. They just stole my money and messed up my life. It's a total disaster. They charged me 180 dollar for a checked bag. A total rip off. I am a single mother and they have no heart stealing my money. Hope God punish you.

The worst mf's ever.. never ever try to do reservations with them!!! I have my money locked in their qiwi.com account after my booking apparently got a sold out TWICE. I phone them up and the only thing they keep saying is allow us some time. That's clearly a fraud company!!!

Had over £100 stuck on their website for 2yrs+, terrible customer service. They allowed me to deposit but I can't withdraw or use my funds. Terrible company. NEVER USE IT.

Beware!!! This agent is a fraud. I booked flight from Lima to Cusco with Jet Smart, never received the confirmation and the money was charged against my credit card. Jet Smart indicated the flight was 100% sold out. The payment according to Kiwi.com is only made after confirmation is delivered…not able to get refund online. Sad!!

Я создал учетку и подтвердил ее через Госуслуги. Перевел деньги со своего же счета в другом банке по системе быстрых платежей, соответственно видно, что перевел сам себе. При попытке осуществить платеж в пользу другого пользователя мои деньги были заблокированы.

От меня потребовали фотографию паспорта в руках, хотя учетка уже подтверждена мной. Я ее предоставил. От меня потребовали отчета в том куда я собирался тратить собственные(не этих воров и мошенников) деньги, я ответил, что это личное дело. От меня снова потребовали фотографию с паспортом и стали просто игнорировать.

Я так понимаю они просто воруют деньги, получают их на свой счет и дальше используют в обороте, а тебе лепят бессмысленные отмазки по кругу.

Сейчас я хочу всего лишь забрать свои деньги и так же по системе быстрых платежей отправить их обратно на счет в банке из которого их перевел, но система мне не дает и это сделать. Фактически у меня просто украли деньги

I spent hours and hours trying to book a combination of two one way tickets using Kayak and Flightscanner. I tried Expedia, Mytrip, Flighthub and others and they all failed. Booking direct with the airlines resulted in a much higher price.
Finally a travel guide suggested Qiwi and it worked, no fuss! Wish I wouldn't have wasted so much time fooling around with crappy travel websites. The most advertised are not necessarily the best.

Сервис гав-но. Пополнил счёт. Далее хотел оплатить инет услуги через киви. - проявилась плашка "пройдите верификацию". Все бы нечего, - только верификацию могут пройти граждане РФ (только русский паспорт). Я не граждан РФ, - соответственно пройти верификацию не могу. ВЕРНУТЬ ДЕНЬГИ обратно отказались. СЛУЖБА ПОДДЕРЖКИ говорит нужно было лучше читать условия соглашения. ОБХОДИТЕ СТОРОНОЙ данную ГАВ.НО.КОНТОРУ - иначе останетесь без СВОИХ
ДЕНЕГ

В один "прекрасный" день в профиле оказываются чужие данные, которые на сайте самому не изменить, и статус кошелька меняется с про на ограниченный. В поддержке одни говорят, что для возврата своих данных обязательно нужно удалить кошелек вместе с историей и балансом, другие, что нужно ехать в офис и там поменяют. Ну и шарашка.

18 тысяч зависли на профессиональном киви кошельке, 2 месяца восстанавливал. Мурижили меня в надежде видимо что плюну и оставлю свои деньги им

Из кошельков киви лучшие и так же как банк афигенные почти все пользуются киви много плюшек и принимают почти везде.

Закидывал не большие суммы, 200-400 руб. всё было ок, но потом они стали просить подтвердить свою личность, типо я не какой-то мошенник, НО Я НЕ ГРАЖДАНИН РФ! короч такое себе...
