The team at QCG handled both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home and let’s just say that from the other parties things did not go smoothly, factor into this we had my Father seriously ill in the middle of this. We recently purchased a block of land and Rebecca was great! In today's current climate with COVID this process was stressful with banks etc and Rebecca was calm and she was onto it, pushing it through to make sure it all settled in time which made us feel a lot better! And it did settle all on time. Would 100% recommend QLD convencying group to anyone buying or selling.

Now is over 8 weeks since first contact with QCG for what turned out to be a drawn out, messy property title conveyance.
Not messy on our part, as Rebecca terrier-like and communicatively efficient could prise a quite favorable outcome from a recalcitrant vendor party.
All for a quite reasonable set fee.
Recommend or go with them again? Absolutely.
