Qmpress Opiniones

We have our Qmpress Tap for 4 years. We are absolutely delighted with it. It’s so convenient for cooking, making tea & coffee etc. I couldn’t recommend the Tap or company enough. And it’s great to buy Irish.

Super customer service.

Had an issue with the 4 in 1 tap and Micheál had a guy out to fix it in less than 24 hours.

Thank you Micheál

“Very happy with our Qmpress 4in1 boiling tap, we bought it 4 years ago and loved the fact that they are Irish, we wouldn’t be without it now “

Delighted with my Qmpress 4 in1 tap, I have it 3 years and could never go back to the kettle. Love the functionality, but also the look. Very impressed!

We have been using our QMpress hot tap & filter for the past 3 years and would not be without it.
Last week our hot tap stopped working and as soon as I sent an email looking for repair / service I received a call back almost immediately and my hot tap was up and working again the following day. Amazing product and Amazing service - thank you Michael.

We had a small issue with our kitchen tap and I contacted Michéal, who sent Alan to fix it within a couple of days! Very helpful and professional. Great customer service! Thank you both Alan and Michéal.

I had two taps in my kitchen, a regular tap and a water filter. I replaced both with the Qmpress 4in1. I love the new look it gives but mostly the convenience for baby bottles, cooking and coffee when I'm running out the door. I couldn't recommend the company enough and their customer service.

Excellent product and even better customer service. Can't recommend highly enough.

Needed help to restart the QTap due to a power cut and Michael provided all the help I needed. He then went and sent me a
video so that if I had all the information to hand if I get another power cut. Top marks Michael.

Amazing service from Qmpress!! Exceptionally effective and efficient product, everything you need all in 1. Can never go back! Product always performing perfectly! Even after purchase costumer service is still top notch. Would highly recommend the instaboil 4 in 1 tap!!

I have had this tap for over 2 years now. I would be lost without it. The convenience of instant boiling water is fantastic. It has given no trouble and when asked the company came out to service it. Top class.

Great customer service. Two filters went missing due to the delivery company, no fault of QMPress. Micheal followed it up on my behalf and sent out replacement for the items missing!

Hi, we had a little problem with a washer on our tap. I rang Qmpress and they were very obliging on the phone and arrived to us within a week or so. They replaced the washer with no charge. We were very happy with the service. Thank you lads

I purchased my tap 6 months ago and I’m delighted with it. Customer service is 100%. Prompt and efficient response from Micheal any time I contacted him.
I would definitely recommend Q impress tap.

Bought a tap and sink from Qmpress and I am very impressed with the quality of the product and the customer service. Couldn’t recommend more

Thank you Micheál for your outstanding customer service following our purchase of the 4 in 1 boil tap. Micheál and Alan's passion and knowledge of their product make their taps the best on the Irish market. Thanks lads.

Following the recent power outage we developed an issue with our 4 in 1 boiling tap from QMpress, I got in touch with Micheal by email, and he got straight back to me over a weekend to acknowledge the issue. A replacement part was delivered the next working day, and all installed with no issue. Best customer service I've had in a long time. A pleasure to deal with.

Excellent customer service. Had a problem which was sorted within a day. These guys really know how to run a business properly. Highly recommend!

Bought our 4 in 1 boiling tap from Qmpress Dec 24 and couldn’t be happier with the system. Having seen and used other similar products we are definitely happy we went with this one. But what was even more satisfying was the customer service from these guys. Having just finished building a house we’ve seen it all in terms of quality of service from different suppliers at this stage, and lots of it leaves much to be desired. Micheál and Qmpress were a welcome change though. Immediate contact and went above and beyond. We had an issue where we couldn’t work the tap properly due to the way the countertop suppliers had done their installation. This had nothing to do with the tap or Qmpress but Micheál was out to the house within a couple of days and sorted it himself. These guys are a pleasure to deal with.
