Qmpress Opiniones

We bought the qmpress instaboil almost 4 years ago. We are very happy with how handy it is and ease of use. I'm writing this review today because I'm so impressed with the follow up service we are getting from Michael after almost 4 years using this. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of investing in an instaboil tap.

We installed a QMPRESS tap as part of a kitchen refurbishment. It wasn’t something we’d originally considered, but we’re very glad we did. It’s an economical alternative to the kettle. The big plus for us is the availability of customer support. The response is immediate or swift, and all queries are answered and issues dealt with. It’s been a good decision.

This was my best purchase when I renovated my kitchen! Cannot recommend this product and company enough. The customer service is probably best I have received from any company !

We recently got QMPress boiler tap and it is excellent! Great quality and amazing customer service. Very happy with it!

We got our QM press tap 2 years ago though who we bought our kitchen off, have to say it's worked great honestly couldn't go back now. We had our first ever issue due to the kitchen people not telling us how often to change the filter or descale it (now we also did not look it up) we didn't do it once in 2years. With our first and only issue, rang at 17.50 Michael answered the phone, told me what was wrong how to do fix it and within less then 24 hours is solving the problem. Can't thank him enough for helping so fast. The tap itself is great. 3 of my friends have since bought it. Personally love the safety feature of having to hold the button down and twist, especially if you have children, then boiling water still has a 3 second delay.

I’ve recently had the QMpress 4-1 system installed. There were a few issues that were down to my Plumber not reading the instructions 🙈!
I rang Michael and he replied straight away.Although the Product was Perfect it was just installed incorrectly he had me return the Unit and replaced it with a new unit. The wait time was just few days .
I’m not savvy with these new mod cons so rather than wing it I’ve rang them several times ! The quick response and they even went as far as sending me videos via Wattsapp to explain exactly how to work it .
The Customer Service is exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending this Product just by the Customer Support Alone .
The Tap itself is a game changer for me . I am 100% satisfied with the Product and the Customer Service.
If you are looking to purchase a boiling hot water tap Look no Further.
The fact that they only provide to the Irish Market is even better again as it allows them to deliver the Customer Service with 100%Satisfaction.
Thank You Michael/Alan for your Wonderful Product.

Met Michael at Ideal Homes Exhibition He delivered the product within the time frame he promised He recommended David Crowley to install I am so satisfied with instant hot water It was a pleasure and a joy dealing with Qmpress Geraldine G

Great service and product by QMPRESS ,Micheal explained and insured we knew everything we needed to know about the 4 and 1 Tap I couldn’t recommend this product highly enough especially when it’s an Irish run company.

We bought a 4 in 1 tap recently and we are absolutely delighted with it. We had been thinking about it for a while and when we researched everything we found the Qmpress tap to be the best for us, particularly because of it being WRAS approved. It looks great in our kitchen and because of the boiling water and filtered water tap it has de-cluttered our worktop and fridge. Making tea has never been easier! I really couldn't recommend this product enough. Ann Marie.

We just got our Qmpress boiling water tap delivered. Not only is it very competitively priced compared to a similar brand, it is Irish owned business which is a bonus. The product, service and delivery from Michèal and the team is top class. Do not look anywhere else for your hot water taps!

We purchased a Qmpress instaboil for a client where we were doing a complete refurbishment on his house .we have used this tap in the last few projects and everyone is extremely happy with it ,even the plumber which can often be a problem, But on this job just as we were connecting up the system we realised we had misplaced a vital component. Usually something like this can be an unwanted headache when your trying to finish up a job but it was far from it .I contacted Micheal about it and about 1 hour later I received a picture of the parcel with my address on it. It was the best bit of customer service I ever seen. Micheal also contacted me the day it was due to be delivered just to make sure I got it. His help won't be forgotten...

We love our new tap and are delighted with the ease of use. It makes daily life that bit easier and helps keep minimalistic counters.
We had a query and Alan came out straight away to sort it for us. Extremely responsive and helpful customer service. Great to know they are Irish and contactable of we ever have a question.

Absolutely amazing product.
Customer service is amazing. Had a slight problem and Micheal was out the next day to sort it.

Great product and the service is really fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. Micheál was excellent to deal with. A small Irish run company, great service 👍.

Michael at QMPress explained the features of the 4 in one tap really clearly. Purchase and delivery were seamless, and Michael put me in touch with one of their qualified local plumbers to arrange installation. The plumber Dave came to install within a short time, was very efficient and took the time to explain everything well. The product itself is beautiful and functional. Would highly recommend it and especially as it’s an Irish business giving a very good customer service.

We purchased the Qmpress 4in1 instaboil tap in December 2023 and it was my non-negotiable for our kitchen. It is so convenient for tea/coffee as well as having cold filtered water. The delivery of the product was very quick and the customer service from Alan was second to none, very responsive with any queries. I would highly recommend this product and always happy to support an Irish Company.

Instant hot water and cold filtered water, it is excellent. Very helpful after service available and easy to buy filters online with delivery. Highly recommended. I have had it for 3 years now. Turned off once with a power outage and very easy to turn back on.

Great product and the service is really fast and friendly!
Very happy I bought something from a company based in Ireland so I don’t need to deal with call centres and delays if needing service.
Our tap and sink are beautiful and I can’t imagine ever being without a boiling tap now.

Truly one of the best purchases for our home , done alot of research & absolutely love our tap , as my husband would say ( best thing since sliced bread !!!) As a farming family with a lot of tea on the go , we couldn't speak highly enough of the Tap , Excellent customer service from Alan & team , 100% recommend , thank you .

Alan was very responsive when we had a leak from the boiler unit. Came at a suitable time and had the issue resolved quickly. Nice guy too. Thanks Alan.
