No order confirmation was the first red flag. No response to complaint.

Do not order from here. Item not arrived. Can't chase tracking information. Customer service email comes back undelivered and no contact number. Absolute jokers. Avoid!!

Ordered a cat flea collar then saw the reviews that they are fake. So contacted them immediately to cancel. They replied 19 hours later saying i couldn’t cancel as wasn’t within the 4 hour cancellation period. After arguing they said they would issue a refund, that was 3 weeks ago and never materialised

Never buy from this Company. I bought 2 flea collars but when I realised they were coming from China I tried to cancel but they said I couldn't but I could return unopened and they would refund cost plus carriage to return. I did just this but despite so many emails back and forth have never received any money back. They now won't answer my emails. Total scammers.

I wish I found you earlier. I. Bought collar for my cat and it was fake, now my cat has dermatitis. They located in China and the person asking me to pay return to China. Site clearly says they're in NW London, I have been there yesterday and there's any shop or ect there, nobody knows them. Uk phone also NOT WORKING. Completely fake cheap Chinese TRASH SELLER. Don't buy a d don't deal with them.

Selling fake seresto collars. They admitted this and have refunded but be aware. These are dangerous.

SCAM SITE, DO NOT USE. No one replies to emails, not had item, can’t get money back.

Scammers. Said my item had been delivered which it had not, even checked cameras. Gave me a tracking number but would not tell who the courier was to check.

Now refusing to refund or resend.
