Microsoft Office 2019 Pro Plus ripoff
"Microsoft Office 2019 Pro Plus 32/64 Bit Lifetime Genuine Key" purchased today (09/30/2023). Got useless Product Key (has been used in excess of allowed # of installs) in email with useless instructions to open a defunct video link (xxx) to see instruction on how to activate by phone. Website refund page xxx advises "Contact us for questions related to refunds and returns" The "Contact us" links to useless page "Get in Touch with us" which has zero functional method to get in touch with them. No way to ask for refund so seeking refund thru paypal.

I appologize for what you've experienced with us. I just want you to know that the contact page was not functional at that moment and we have fixed it immediately.
The key sent was live because we do a live check before sending any key. You said that it was dead or used so many times. I wonder by who ?!
You asked for refund even if we were sure that the key was live before sending it, and that what you already got a FULL REFUND without questions.
I don't know what is the point of this negative review !!

Very quick service within 15 minutes item as per description
Within seconds of making the payment, I received the email with an invoice and downloads for instructions, Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 Full Version and product key. I had no problems at all and very happy to have Publisher back again. Before I downloaded the software, I removed Office 365 and the other previous versions. This was my first purchase with QOUIC and highly recommend them.
