The PC was delivered a couple of days after expected delivery.
But it arrived within the delivery time slot and was packed well and in good condition. Up and running within minutes. I purchased this for stacking fit files from a smart telescope and tweaking them in photoshop. Even though my Dell had an i5 processor and 32gb ram it would take hrs to prosses the data, Now its down in minutes. Machine its super fast and with a 2TB hard drive there is loads of space to save the large data files. Really happy with the machine and would recommend Quantum PCs

I ordered a £2k PC and the delivery/service has been an absolute joke from start to finish. It was advertised with next day delivery, yet I’ve had delay after delay and multiple different promises about when my order would actually be shipped. I’ve had to repeatedly chase them for updates because apparently I’m the one who has to find out what’s happening with an order I’ve already paid £2k for. Every time I thought it was finally being shipped, there was another delay or another excuse. I was told it would definitely be shipped, then told there was another issue, then a DPD label appeared but there was still no clear confirmation that DPD actually had the parcel. Now I’ve contacted support AGAIN and I’m being told it will finally arrive tomorrow before 12. At this point, why should I have any confidence in another delivery promise?

What makes this even worse is that after all the delays and inconvenience, I haven’t been offered any compensation or anything to make up for the experience. I understand delays can happen, but the complete lack of reliable communication is what has pissed me off the most.

I haven’t received the PC yet so I’m not going to lie and review the actual product. This review is purely about the customer service and delivery experience, which has been absolutely terrible.
For a £2k purchase I expected a hell of a lot better. I genuinely regret ordering from here and would think twice before buying

I have had such a positive experience with Quantum. I initially purchased a first gaming PC for my daughter with no knowledge and thought I’d just buy the cheapest. I was really wrong and it was not suitable at all for what we needed it for. Quantum really helped with what we actually needed for the perfect setup for us and we quickly upgraded to a much better pc.
They were extremely patient with all my queries made the sending back off the originally pc very easy with free return and delivery, the packaging was extremely protecting and the upgrade turn around from initial contact to playing all the games we wanted was less than a week!
The PC we have now is perfect, fast, quiet and well built. I’m also confident that should I need support in the future and upgrades I’m in very good hands and I’ll definitely come back here! Thanks again Quantum!

The website advertised next-day delivery but my PC arrived a few days late. I also found the wording around wifi somewhat misleading. The listing says “built-in Wi-Fi”, but the motherboard supplied doesn't have wifi built in, and my PC came with a usb adapter instead.

Another issue was the RAM. The listing advertised 16GB (2×8GB) but I received a single 16GB stick. Support did offer to replace it with the advertised 2×8GB but I had become impatient at that point and decided to keep the single stick.

On the positive side, Customer support has been quick to respond whenever I've raised an issue.

As for the PC itself, I've had no problems. The build quality is good, it's quiet, runs well, and looks great with all the fans in white. I've experienced no performance issues so far.

Overall, I think Quantum PCs could definitely do better when it comes to accurate product descriptions and delivery times. That said, just because my experience wasn't perfect doesn't mean yours will be the same.

Don’t make my mistake.
Do Your Research on this company before spending your money here.

A colleague of mine recently purchased a ready made PC from Quantum PCs LTD · Company number: 16504416.
It had stopped working and the supplier was not responding to requests for support.
As an Information Technology professional, I offered to take look at it.

The motherboard and SSD had failed. Probably due to the Power Supply Unit which was faulty, degraded and overheating. A real potential fire starter.

I see from the Quantum PCs LTD website they do not give specific component brands or part numbers for Power Supply Units, Motherboards, RAM, SSD, Graphics Cards. So what you get is a lottery. On this example they were of questionable origin.

If you have a machine from this supplier I strongly recommend checking and replacing the Power Supply unit with one from a recognised brand.

The customer service is outstanding. I had a query when the PC was delivered, I sent an email at 16:54 and received a response at 16:56. This helped prevent any delays in setting up the PC with my son who is autistic and also prevented any meltdowns. The gaming PC is just what we wanted and I even received another email today checking everything is ok. Would highly recommend Quantum PC's for both their high quality PC's, their customer service and their fast delivery times.

Purchased a very expensive gaming PC in January and by August it has completely stopped working.
We’ve reached out via eBay message, telephone, email, the website warranty form and had NO response.
If the company is reading this. Please reply regarding a PC I purchased from you via eBay in January 2026. Thanks

Amazing product

Happy with purchase. Took a few days. Well packed and easy set up.
Wish I'd bought a PCI WiFi but that's on me.
Can't comment on reliability or service as I've only had it a few days.

Although it was delayed by like a day or 2, the pc has outstanding performance and runs everything smoothly with no lag or anything.

It was very quick and easy to get the PC i needed.delivery time was quick as well.PC is perfect.

bad customer service

I didn’t get my new PC the next day, but it did arrive before 12 pm the day after. The packaging was slightly damaged but still strong enough to protect the contents. I haven’t docked any stars for that because otherwise I was very happy with the quality of the product, ease of set up and the price. I also liked the options to increase RAM and storage capacity if required, and the offer of support if I needed it.

Good experience. Pc is perfect runs great. Just a little late on delivery due to being very busy. Packed well. So overall experience was 5 star.

I love my PC and I got exactly what I paid for I just wish I got the PC for £1000 moneys tight 😅 but thanks a bunch for the quantum lite 1.3 it's great for its price 🔥🔥🔥

Received the PC nicely packaged. Everything is in perfectly order there was no issues would definitely buy more from Quantum again. 👍

my experience with quantum pc was very positive, my parcel arrived damaged through no fault of quantum pcs, they swiftly and professionally replaced the broken parts, the computer is working as expected and the customer service is excellent, i recommend this company.
