I thought it wud include battery n mileage estimate. Disappointing

The hand built process of each chair made in the USA is truly impressive. The collaboration of educators, ambassadors, therapists, R&D, and other representatives is unmatched to ensure the greatest possible power wheelchair for clients.

Quantum goes above and beyond for their consumers with needs never overlooked! And they listen to consumer feedback about future technologies and put them into practice as fast as they are able! I’ve had 4 Quantum products and each one is better than the last! My legs became my wings!

every time I’ve called quantum, they’ve been really rude, which is quite disappointing, you can call them as it tells you to do on their website for certain queries yet they claim they have absolutely no idea what you were talking about, that they don’t know anything about their products and that they ‘do not deal with the general public’ last rep literally just said ‘i’m gonna stop you there’ mid sentence in a passive aggressive manner while I was speaking which I was quite taken back by. If a dealer doesn’t know something surely you should be able to ask Quantum, as it’s their product. No other manufacturer has had an issue with this.

I want to give a shout out to one of your tech supports. Scott Kidwell was fantastic. I was on the phone with him for 2 hours working on a very stubborn chair. He was very determined to get the chair working. I felt like we worked as a team and the call was actually fun. Even joked about tossing the chair in the nearest lake if it barked at us on the final power cycle. Good news for the chair, it worked perfectly! There were a ton of issues trying to get to the auxillary menu and writing the CTL to the chair. He was patient and actually seemed excited to be helping me work on this chair. It really was one of the best calls I've had with tech services in the 24 years that I have been doing this. Listen to the call and make it a training example! Thanks Scott! You made a therapist, mom, and kiddo very happy!
