Fast and good fulfilment.

Payment was sent along with an additional fee for shipping for a used engine cover in August 2026. Since then, after several attempts to contact them, I have not heard anything. The tracking number provided indicates they have not even dropped the package off to the shipper. I can only surmise this company employs theives and are not to be trusted. Why roll the dice with your hard earned money. I recommend avoiding them.

Ordered from the UK. I mention this because the delivery time took nearly 4 weeks. That's not a complaint, just a reality of shipping salvaged/reused car parts over the pond! It's something to be aware of, but don't let it put you off, as these guys have some great stock.
It came well packaged, and I tracked it all the way, including a stop-over in Germany!
The other thing to be aware of, for UK customers, is that there will be a customs charge and VAT to pay, which bumps up the cost a bit, but for a petrol head, if its that elusive part for your prized possession, its worth the extra.
Sorry this is a bit long but, but I hope its useful. Good company, good service, good range of hard-to-source parts. I shall display my free Quattro-holics sticker with pride!

Damaged and missing parts – approximately $400 loss

I ordered several Audi parts from Quattroholics. Several promised parts never arrived, while others were damaged or unusable. Altogether, this has caused me approximately USD 400 in losses.

The seller initially promised to resolve the issue, but the missing/replacement parts were never sent. Despite several follow-ups and emails, I am now receiving no response at all.

Very disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this seller.

Great source for used and NOS 84 audi 4k quattro parts. Check sight often inventory changes.

My order was shipped promptly, arrived in excellent condition and was as advertised. I'm happy with my order, NOS parts for a 1995 S6 are getting harder to find and when I do find them at a reasonable price I'll pick them up, if there's even a slight chance I'll need it in the future.

Anyone who owns and maintains an old Audi knows that for some time it has been very difficult to find many of the basic parts to keep them on the road. This situation is not getting easier. Quattroholics is one of the few places that supplies parts for vintage Audi’s and at a reasonable cost. My part was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and it was well-packaged.

I’m from the EU and placed an order through this website. I received a confirmation email saying my order was accepted, but after waiting a week, I haven’t received any update about shipping or tracking.

There’s been zero communication since the order was placed, which makes the whole experience feel unreliable. At this point, I don’t trust the site and would not recommend it.
