I always buy containers from Qube…
I always buy containers from Qube containers which I ship to Africa on a regular basis . However, on this occasion the container supplied to me was full of patches everywhere. It was the 1st time I ever had such a poor container supplied to me.
Otherwise the communication is really good and the staff are really great and friendly

Just to put your mind at ease, your container was inspected, certified for international shipping, and comes with a 12-month UK watertight warranty. Used containers are all about functional integrity, so seeing some repair patches is totally normal, especially when dealing with a lot of them.

The process is smooth and professional but I bought a second hand container and it was very rusty. I think it would be better for the client to see a photo of the container they are receiving.

If looks are a concern, check out our new containers—they’re often not much more expensive because we’re a large scale manufacturer.

Competitive, easy and efficient container supply.
The quote and ordering process was very easy.
It might have been useful to know that application of the Grafotherm coating can be affected by weather conditions, i.e. temperature and humidity can increase the lead time.
But, overall the container we received was in excellent condition and we are very pleased with it.

From first enquiry until delivery a faultless, professional and customer focus experience.
Every contact I made whether via email or telephone was delt with in a speedy, professional manner all the staff I had contact with were polite, professional, knew their product and made me feel like I was valued as a customer.
Thier prices are very good as I had done my homework, the service is second to none.
The container turned up and it certainly exceeded my expectations, it was a single use container in very good condition and I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. The delivery driver was spot on, didn't rush and was very patient and precise with the placement.
I would recommend Qube Containers highly. Very professional, great price, great product, great service.
