Possibly the rudest and greediest accommodation agents in Dalyan
We have owned a 4 bed villa in Dalyan for some years. We do not use it during peak season and so decided to try to get some income from it. At the start of the 2024 season, we signed a Usufruct contract with Hannah from Queen accommodation services, whereby in return for a lump sum payment it was agreed that she had the right to rent out our Villa and to keep the profits.
We did not receive any immediate payment from her when we signed as she had agreed to settle up with us when we returned to Dalyan that autumn. At first Hannah seemed like a nice lady and so we trusted her. During that summer she was able to rent it out for at least 10 weeks earning many thousands of pounds.
When we returned in October that year and tried to collect payment, she presented us with a long list of irrelevant expenses which even included her own taxes of more than £3,500 and despite having pre-paid over £2,500 for the Gardener/pool man and all the utility bills ourselves, she had somehow worked out that she owed us almost nothing. When we went to her office to discuss the matter, we were met by her accountant Kimberley who aggressively grabbed the contract and other papers from my wife’s hands and threw them out on the street.
Despite numerous requests for payment, Hannah continues to gas light us and says that she owes us nothing.
She does not seem to understand how a Usufruct contract is supposed to work. And just used it as a means to scam us of a seasons rental income. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
