I attempted to exchange my purchase for 1 size larger, within the allowed 14 days. All requests for a returns form have been ignored.
Not the good service I expected.

The dress you sent was of very poor quality, extra material sticking out of the v neckline , frayed and I’m still waiting for a response back re sending this back free of charge and a refund

Purchased for my partner from Queen curves a few times now and she has been very happy , items are of good quality and any issues she has had have been easily and quickly sorted , only improvement could be faster delivery times , they do take a while to post items out .

Would give zero if I could. Much too small and no response to my request for information on how to return. And none in parcel.

Very poor quality and the sizing is smaller even though I purchased the same products and sizers last year.

Amazing leather look leggings. Good fit, comfy and quite hard wearing I think. Just make sure you dont kneel down in them as can rub off layer. Good customer service too

Nice items but too small so I need to return. Finding it very difficult and been email back and forth for a week with no clear instructions on how to return. Feels like a delay tactic to try and avoid me returning the items. Would not order from them again because of this.

I have been wearing these leggings for a while now and they fit amazingly. I ordered a new pair recently and ordered the wrong size, they very kindly sent me a smaller pair free of charge. I always have great comments when I have worn them, and my friends have ordered them. I cannot rate this company highly enough!!

The item never arrived, and the tracking number provided did not exist.

Nearly a month, and still no dress, tracking number sent, but try tracking and no records found.

Strongly recommend you read the reviews as there are a lot of similarities. Ordered got tracking information that wasn’t recognised. I chased and was told it can take over 16days to arrive (basically a generic email to cover all issues) after 18 days still no update on tracking asked for a refund/ resend dress and they gave a refund. I would suggest if you want to try ordering from them pay by credit card or just don’t bother

Never received order. Kept having to email them rather than being updated. Got told they found an issue with the product and asked the courier to return it? Got told I will receive a refund, will have to wait and see if that happens. Poor customer service. Was looking forward to trying a dress that's had excellent reviews.

Easy wedsite to use. Great customer service and questions answered really quickly. This time I bought a floaty gypsy tunic top which is fab quality and really comfortable. I also bought the white magic joggers with ripped sparkles under the knee. Love them! Really comfortable. Very happy and would recommend! I will buy again definitely

Ordered leggins and love them thinking of ordering another colour in them. Also delivery time was excellent.
