Due to RBI (Reserve Bank of India) guidelines, we were not able to renew license using credit card. Jerry and John helped to get the renewal done through stripe payment link. Thanks for all the prompt support.

I had a small problem with quetext. After reporting this by e-mail, the problem was managed really quickly. The contact was good, fast en reliable. And the solution was really good and fast. Quetext is overall a very nice and good program to check for plagiarism, we work in dutch and the check is really good.

Love everything about Quetext and the amazing help I receive every time I face issues.

My students hate Quetext for the same reason I love them! More reliable than other checkers I have used in the past. Incredibly easy to use. Reports are clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend and well worth the cost.

Absolutely terrible, don't buy and use this ridiculous tool. First I just want to start with 3 days trial plan, but after 1.5 days they just ended my plan without anything, even now I can not understand the reason. Secondly, if you check the same documents 2 times or more, one time it shows fewer plagiarisms, another time it shows more, you can not understand which one is right. Also, I want to contact support, they answer you 1 time within 1 day, that really terrible, and even they don't provide you useful information or just help you to fix something just saying bla bla and that it. Don't use, this tool is a waste of time and money

The tool looks fantastic, without flaws. I didn't give 5 stars just because sometimes it shows plagiarism from a page I haven't ever visited, but overall is very effective.

Excellent customer service. I have been using Quetext for over a year without a glitch. The RBI payments issue which we faced recently was handled pretty well with an alternative payment option provided immediately on request. Will recommend content creators and Edtech companies to use this for great experience.

The cost of Quetext is NOTHING to the cost of what plagiarism can do to your reputation, career, and bank account if you accidentally cite or steal from the wrong person or entity.

My kids love using it at school as well, as professors nowadays are using similar tools (if not Quetext) to check for plagiarism when they review students' papers now. My son actually avoided an issue at his school last semester when writing about a literary criticism style in one of his English classes! Thankful for Quetext!
