The staff were super kind and helpful. Was shown exactly how to install the fastener and answered all my questions.

My order was not shipped emails about my order were not responded to voicemail message was not returned.
When I did speak with a person they spoke with someone and had it shipped. No one knows why it didn’t ship.
No emails with tracking or any other information.
Called back for a status and the same person I spoke to before ensured my order had been shipped.

The product itself is good. It is easy to use and very sturdy. The online documentation is also very helpful.

Cool idea but every base had to be changed to fit the Shoulder bolt, as it deforms the plate. Furthermore I was send the wrong bits that drive the fasteners. They sent 1/4" regular socket bits when 14mm/9/16" bits to hold stainless steel had had been or were needed.

Great information on your website regarding the parts I needed (i.e., solar PV mounting brackets for a metal shingle roof) and some of the specifics regarding code requirements. Very helpful!! The ordering process was very smooth and the parts were received within a couple of days. Importantly, the quality of the product appears to be top notch! Definitely will order more parts from QuickBolt and highly recommend them.

Great customer support and product.
They do seam to have an issue with the online ordering system. If you make an order create an account and check on status. If it hasn't shown shipped in a couple days call them. I waited 3 weeks before calling simply because I was too busy with other projects to make the call. I've seen in other reviews similar issues along with finding items being sold individually. I thought I ordered 25 but I'll call this one my mistake and only ordered 20. I need 4 more and can't find individually sold items on their website.

Always so easy to order from QuickBolt, and the prices are rather reasonable, even after the US to CDN conversion.

Some jobs shingles may have nails in the way for the flashing type, QuickBOLT
doesn't have that problem.

some items in packs of 20, others 25 or 15??. Have you every tried using these things yourself?
minimum quantites too large for small installs or to finish up a job.

Took 1/2 hr to find out how long the various length bolts are on either side of the stop ring using the web site.

Time will tell. If the product lives up to its standards, it would be a great product to use when considering installing solar panels on the roof.

We havent actually used the conduit mounts yet hence the 4 stars, but they look good.

These worked out great for our application. Definitely a professional's attachment. Box they were shipped in was a little light-duty for the weight, but a great product.
