DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!! We sent a huge box worth of test strips and were scammed out of $250 in September of 2020. Of course, we should have read reviews. This company or man is predatory and even if you have the proof of your mailing the product, he will deny ever receiving it - that is the scam. Leaving this review years later on this site since it needs to be known. Still no resolution. DON'T CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR RICHARD SPILLMAN.

This guy dick spillman is a complete scam. I urge the hundreds of thousands of people he has defrauded to NOT WAIT and file theft charges with the Beaumont police dept.in Texas, his home town. The police already know his name. Especially those of u who are waiting for a decent sum of money, that makes it a felony charge for this scammer. So please do not delay, he is not going to send ur money, he threatens to sue for elder abuse, has every excuse in the book. Please look at the pictures I am posting of his emails because this is how this guy deals with the people he defrauded. Also, call the FBI FRAUD DEPT. There is already a case pending against this man and his numerous scam businesses. By you reporting him, it will just add to the list of charges along with the class action lawsuit. This man has made millions from people who truly needed the money during and after the pandemic. We have to work together to get this man arrested and charged with too numerous to count charges of theft by deception, felony theft, threatening customers with frivolous lawsuits and intimidation amount many other charges. Also, whatever he owes you, you can file on line in the Beaumont court and sue for 3 times what he owes you.

If I could give this guy 0 stars, I definitely would. Please, do not trust this guy Richard Spillman. Early this year i sent him 4 boxes of test strips and he ignored my calls and emails once he got them. He never paid me. And when I was chose a website to sell my strips yesterday not realizing it was the same guy, he was going to do it again. I'm glad I caught his name when he emailed me. Somebody needs to stop him. This is criminal activity.

This company does not pay out, communicate, or in any way, shape or form run a reputable business. I did not check the reviews prior to mailing test strips in but my advice to anyone is not to use this company. There are many reputable companies out there which we have used previously, and subsequent that deliver as promised. How this company is still allowed to do business is something that needs to be investigated the thousands of complaints attest to the fraud.

I'm glad I checked the reviews before sending my supplies off. LMAO damn they're banking on those people. Well everything always come to an end when who ever gets caught.

This company is a total scam.they stole 9 boxes from me. I should have read reviews first. Even his email is a joke...dickspillman get it. I feel like a chump.

To whom it maycern.i still haven't been paid it's been 30 days, that's a long time to get paid. Especially when u all ready surrender ur property... they nd to change that quick

They state on their page they pay within 30 business days and it has been 33 so far. They do not send a message when they receive the items. Many other places receive your items and pay on the same day or at most within 2 to 3 days. They have a BBB score of an F and probably deserve it.

I sent in about $500 worth of Dexcom diabetic supplies and test strips. They confirmed that they received them 6 days later. That is when the lying started. i was first told that it took a week to verify that the product was received in good shape. The next time I asked for my money they said 30 days. That was over 60 days ago and I am still waiting
And ignoring my requests for my money and or when I might be able to expect it. I have written to Richard Spillman the owner of the company and tried call him too. Phone is always busy and emails go unanswered.
I have heard that they have Many complaints against them with the BBB Do not bother to send your products to them.

I finally got an answer from Richard Spilman and he promised he would send a check out right away. 5 months later I got a check. I deposited it in my bank and a few days later it had bounced for Non sufficient funds. I am now trying to get him to pay up again.
I did get another message from Richard Spillman today. He claims to be broke and in poor health.
I do not believe any of his lies anymore. And NO check again.

This company will rip you off and steal your money and lie to the BBB about you. Don't get ripped off like I did please use a different company. Also please don't trust that the owners word

These people are nothing but a scam artist. If you’re stupid enough to send them your strips, you deserve to lose. I was stupid enough to send them my strips and I lost you will never get paid.

My journey started on February 25, 2023 when I went to their website & set up a transaction. Do NOT send them anything! My test strips were delivered on March 10th! I have not received any payment which should be $180 for supplies plus the bonus $25 for being a first time customer. Wish I would have stuck with the company I had already been using. I have ALL correspondence. I have contacted BBB, FTC & the Attorney General of Texas.

Complete Scam. Never received payment. Do not understand how the Government allows this firm to continue in business.

Do not use this company. He is a thief. You will never get a response or payment from them.

I sent my test strips and never received payment. I am so disappointed and feel like a fool. I've never had a problem with selling my test strips before with other places. Lessoned learned.

Richard Spillman you’re fake, you received my items on February 2,2023 and you haven’t paid me. You owe me $450 and not once I received a reply from you an ETA on payment. Don’t trust him I wished I reviewed this company first before sending my supplies.
