2 months, still no updates
It said when I ordered that it could take "up to 4 weeks to deliver". Fine. 6 weeks later and still no updates so I emailed them and they directed me to the website WHICH HAS CHANGED to say "could take more than 4 weeks", but this is not what it said when I ordered. I only have one pair left and need to order from a company which can ship them to me on time. They have not yet dispatched my order so I asked for a refund because I have had to order from another company and all they said is "Unfortunately, you are not entitled to a partial refund at this stage". Will definitely not order from here again.

I still haven’t received my order
I still haven’t received my order, 2 months after ordering. I contacted QuickLens about this 3 weeks ago, they said they were checking the new ETA from the supplier and would let me know as soon as they receive further information. I am yet to hear anything further.

Very delayed order from Singapore
Ordered contacts on 24th May and only arrived on 27th July. The website did say there could be up to a 4 week delay but after 4 weeks of no contact I asked for an update. I told told they should be dispatched shortly and given an updated date, on this new date, the contacts were still not dispatched so I asked for a further update. This happened FIVE times of being given an updated dispatch date that was never met. When the order was finally dispatched, it came from Singapore which is not clear on the .co.nz website and further delayed receiving the order. I have never had to wait so long for contacts and will not be using this company again.

Our distribution centre has recently faced an inconsistent supply of BIOFINITY TORIC lenses from one of our suppliers. As a result, they’ve had to switch suppliers for many orders, which has caused some additional delays. They’re working hard to ensure there are no further delays with the new supplier. However, some prescriptions—particularly those other than Axis 180—remain challenging, as they are out of stock and need to be made to order.
We checked our system and confirmed that your order is scheduled to be dispatched on 29/07/2025. Please let us know if you don't receive your order by the end of 30/07/2025. We hope you will receive your order soon.
